Must be 25 to Rent. Will not rent to any college age students. IDs required

Come and visit 507A, a large deluxe 2 bedroom and 2 bath for a vacation you will not forget! The condo is located on the fifth floor and is decorated in a cute beach theme. The deluxe condos here are about 1000 sf, which we feel is perfect for couples or a family of up to 6 guests. You will have two sliding glass door in the Living room and one in the Master bedroom for floor to ceiling Ocean views. From the front bedroom and front door you have the views of the beautiful courtyard, pool and Little Lagoon.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with all of the conveniences you would ever need on vacation. A washer and dryer are also provided for your laundry needs.

The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa,a recliner, cable TV, and a DVD/VCR combo. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, clock radio and walking closet. Morning is perfect on the balcony for having your coffee as you plan your day's activities at the beach or in town and watch the dolphins swim by. Second bedroom also has a queen bed.

We also have a keyless lock, so no keys to keep up with during your stay.

The complex boasts beautiful lush palm trees and flowers that surround the large pool with a double sided rock waterfall along with a hot tub steps away.

Charcoal grills and picnic tables by the Lagoon are perfect for grilling out by sunset.The complex also has two lighted tennis / Pickleball courts and a shuffleboard . You must provide your own equipment due to Covid 19 at this time.

For the boaters, we have a boat ramp and two private piers, one with boat slips with a $30 boat launch fee per vessel.

There is a $30 per vehicle parking fee paid directly to the complex when you arrive.

One day before arrival There will be a $500 damage insurance hold placed on your card. Two days after checkout the hold is released if no damage. This is just a hold and card will NOT be charged.

ACROSS THE STREET there is 100' of our private deeded beach with a covered Gazebo for our guests. All this and just a short distance from downtown Gulf Shores, you will find endless restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. You cannot beat this Deal Anywhere in Gulf Shores!

Would Book Again

We enjoyed this updated, clean, well appointed condo and property. These condos are privately owned, but the onsite property staff are very friendly and helpful. The property was family friendly and guest/owners were very respectful. Gordon Vacation Rentals were great to work with, from booking through checkout. We would definitely book this property again.

Lovely condo for a beach getaway

Condo is perfectly located with a gorgeous view of the ocean and beach. Huge balcony with plenty of seating to enjoy the view and glass doors / windows to see the view at all times. The beach has easy access and is never very crowded because of the location of the condominium. We brought our own chairs/ umbrellas but you can rent chairs/ umbrellas on the beach. Spacious and well stocked kitchen with everything you need without being overly cluttered. Kitchen has blender, toaster, coffee pot, crockpot, and Keurig, As well as everything else you need to make a delicious meal. Large fridge /freezer, full stove and oven and microwave. Condo has a laundry room with high-end washer and dryer and a vacuum to keep floor sand free. Condo has two bedrooms and a sleeper couch in the living room. Plenty of seating, closet space, and dressers to make your stay comfortable. Condo is beautifully decorated- beachy themed, clean and well-maintained. The Gordons are easy to contact and very responsive to any questions. We have stayed at their properties at least five times and always book with them when we come to Gulf Shores. Honestly for the price, location ,convenience, and amenities you can’t go wrong staying here!

The best place to stay

We have stayed in this condo for a month last year and this year. The condo was perfect and the view is amazing. The condo provided exactly what we needed. The owner, Kathy, has always been helpful if we had any questions. She has multiple condos and we’ve rented from her for four years. We had the perfect time away and we couldn’t choose a better place. We can’t wait to return.

Everything we needed...

The stay started off great, especially with the option of early arrival. I walked in to a clean place with beautiful views and the perfect amount of space for our 3 adults and 2 kiddos to spread out. We noticed our feet getting a little dirty, but I reached out to Kathy, for a quick response and apology and it was seriously the only complaint for 8 days so it is a win for sure. The facility amenities - pool, beach access, grills - all were above par. We were able to even see dolphins from the balcony! We typically go for a full home rental, but this condo and the building as whole left for a great experience and week with our family. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful place!

Great Winter Home Away from Home

We absolutely love this condo. There were many improvements since last year, kitchen cabinets updated, both bathrooms updated and new furniture. This condo is so comfortable, it truly is our winter home away from home! Hope to enjoy it for many years. Kathy & Brian are the best!

July 4th Getaway

We had an amazing time at 507A. Gorgeous condo inside and out. Was perfect for myself, husband, and our 2 yr old. The beach is a very short walk. We liked spending time at the beach early in the day and the pool later in the day. No complaints about the condo. The traffic was bad I’m assuming from the holiday, but we figured that would be the case and it didn’t put a damper on anything.

Girls Getaway

I have stayed at Gulf Shores Surf & Raquet club several times. This unit is updated and furnished nicely. Loved the comfy patio furniture on the gulf view patio, the other condos I've stayed in haven't had that. Kathy was very responsive when I had a question and the amenities of the pool, hot tub and tennis courts are perfect. We will be back!

Awesome Condo and Complex

507A is a beautiful, well stocked condo. Beds and furniture are comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. Working with Kathy & Brian is so easy and organized. This condo will be our home away from home for many winters. Complex has been extensively repaired due to Hurricane Sally and is beautiful. Snowbird Club is fun.

Despite the weather, we had a great time!

We have stayed at GSSRC several times and have enjoyed our stays there. We have used Gordon Vacation Rentals for all of our stays. The condo was very clean and more than enough room for the four of us. Although rain washed out our fishing trip we fished off the new pier on the bay in back of the complex and took advantage of the beautiful, newly refurbished pool. I have checked out almost all of the pools in Gulf Shores and no pool is nearly the equal of GSSRC. The property including were both new and in excellent condition. The beach is accessed by your own private, gated entrance, and no further than five minutes from our room 507A to standing in the waves. The restaurants in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach are very good. I highly recommend GSSRC as well as Gordon Vacation Rentals.
