Fort Morgan for the Win!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has vacationed in Fort Morgan since 2020, and have used Sunset Properties exclusively. This year was the first to rent a condo in addition to a house, and it was a great idea. Gave us more space and certainly more amenities. The pool is so nice, and being on the first floor was the best.

Beautiful condo. Short walk to a beautiful, clean beach. This is a very safe area. There isn't any traffic but only one store and one restaurant that is close by.

Modern and clean

Wonderful condo! Felt like home away from home. Im a clean freak so i was happy to see everything was clean! It was nicely decorated, the appliences were top notch- from the washer, dryer, stove, fridge, and toaster oven. It was located on the first floor and the facility maintains the grounds nicely. Felt safe with the calm environment, front gate, and enjoyed short walks to the beach. I would love to stay here again, and would recommend it to anyone! Sunset Properties is my favorite property management so far. Everything went smooth and seamless. Instructions/ check in/ out info was conveniently provided via text. They responded very quickly to my questions.

Family Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at Indies 102 and already plan to return to this exact location for our beach trip next year.We were part of a very large group for the week with everyone else being in two adjacent beach houses about a mile away.I chose Indies 102 for two main reasons (especially having two small grandchildren along) and the reasons were first floor access and having a pool.One day we didn’t join our large group at the beach at all, took a “ pool day”, and really enjoyed it!This condo was really nice. We were well pleased with the stocked kitchen…every dish, bowl, etc… that you would ever want to use. The condo was very nicely decorated also. We also took full advantage of the pantry shelving in the laundry room, located right next to the kitchen. It was great storage for all of the food we brought and kept our kitchen area uncluttered. We were careful to keep the extra nice decor out of reach of the toddler.We enjoyed the dining room table/chairs on our balcony DAILY, eating multiple meals out there. One amenity that I DIDN’T take advantage of was the rooftop deck area, open to all guests. I only went up there on our last night to take pictures. The key fob in the condo that gives you access to the pool gate also gives you access to the rooftop area. The scenery up there is beautiful. It has seating of various types. I will definitely go up there more on our next trip, especially for sunset photos.

Indies 102 was a lovely condo

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a week and Indies condo 102 has everything needed. Nothing was old or broken. Loved the updated kitchen island,fridge/freezer keurig, washer/dryer. The mattresses were comfortable and the office staff were kind. The pool was empty upon arrival. This was a pretty big deal for us as we picked this particular condo because the balcony had direct access. We had only one fob and had not been told of the pool issue before arrival (suspected leak).We did ask a worker walking the grounds about the other pool and he said he didn't have anything to do with any guests, just safety. We did get access to the other community pool a day later but it was a bit frustrating. We had a tropical storm so there were many red flag days where the pool was our only option for swimming. We now had to leave our building. We have stayed twice now with Sunset Properties and I have to say the cleaning fees are a little high. The bed frame had hairs and crumbs on it, I don't know that it's ever been vaccumed or cleaned behind.The furniture and cabinets are white. I spent a good day cleaning orange fingerprints off of them and sweeping. It's definetly spot cleaning. It was the same the last stay. The condo itself is really beautiful. The office staff are nice. But the grounds both times in w016 and 2024 and the people who clean could do better. The trash shute was overflowing the entire week. Pool closed the entire week. It's a shame there's just not a little better help. Overall, it was an enjoyable trip. But who wants to wash bedside tables and bunkbeds and cabinets and silverware from food on their vacation? It matters.
