great spot i wish we could have stayed longer.

nice unit but bath/shower area could probably do with an update. good position and nice views. handy to the beach shops and restaurants.

This was a great location. We felt totally relaxed on the balcony seeing the ocean. It was really good. Lots of bed options and even pull out couch quite comfortably. Could have been better if there was some tea, milk & towel to wipe hands in bathroom & bath towels. Enjoyed board games available. Pool nice, but water could feel cleaner. We had a really good time overall.

A very nice place close to the king's beach a short walk to restaurants. Six flights of stairs little hard, but very good views easy access to garage. Plenty of accommodation for a family. Overall nice place and not too expensive.

Quiet & Comfortable

Clean, Tidy, evrything you need. Location is great. No lift so you need to be able to walk up 3 levels of stairs.

Easter at Kings Beach

The apartment is very tired, needs upgrading and a good spring clean. The shower is tiny and the water pressure is terrible. The beds were very hard. The location is amazing, the pool is great and having access to a garage was a bonus.

Hi Tracy Thankyou for your review. I have passed this onto the owners regarding water pressure & the beds. I am sorry if this created some discomfort. We haven't heard of the water pressure being an issue but we have had feedback that one of the beds (not all though) are firm so this has been passed onto the owner. It is an older style unit and our cleaners do keep on top of spring cleaning as they go but sometimes during the busy periods they may not be able to get into every nook and crevice. I am beginning a discussion with them today to see what needs doing, so appreciate you letting us know. We agree that the location is great being so close to the beach & in the heart of Kings Beach. Hard to top the location of this property. Older unit with dated bathtoom, but still decent. Sliding glass balcony doors rattle in the wind which is not great. That was the biggest negative.

The apartment was clean but in need of an update. I was very surprised to have to make beds on arrival and also strip linens on departure.A great location for the beach wit a short walk to cafes and surf club. Good value for money.

Great spot. So close to the beach, playground, surf club, and pool.

Great views of the ocean. 3rd floor unit. Only 1 - 2 minute walk across the road to Kings Beach, eateries, playgrounds with bbq facilities. Unit is spacious two bedroom with single sofas in main that pullout to beds also. Also has a lovely pool. Need to bring all own linen. Fridge is older and door rusty edges. But fridge is clean inside. Has all kitchen facilities you need to cook if needed. Has lockable garage for car. Definitely recommend to stay here.

Great view & location

We had a lovely stay at the 2 bedroom unit. Being 3 storeys up gave us a scenic view and the two balconies were fantastic to relax on. Once getting there we didn’t need to get in the car once as everything is so accessible by foot. The unit was very well fitted out.
