Beautiful property! Awesome pool!
Our small family of 3 + 2 pups just stayed at this property for our late-summer vacation. The house is gorgeous and exactly as pictured in the listing. The location in the Las Palmas neighborhood was close to everything, but also very quiet. This home is situated right up against the mountains, which makes it nearly wind-free... unlike other neighborhoods we've stayed in. The house itself is well maintained and well equipped with everything we needed to cook & eat at "home"... we would have liked some outdoor/plastic plates/bowls, but the August heat kept us eating indoors most days.
The outdoor areas were absolutely lovely with the front of the home featuring a cool fountain and spacious yard. The back area was very private and had a large pool, plenty of grass, a firepit area and dining table. It was HOT during our stay, but thanks to the mature hedges and position of the home next to the mountains, the pool was completely shaded by mid-afternoon. Perfect!
I cannot recommend this property highly enough and would definitely opt to stay here again the next time we visit Palm Springs.
Our only knock on the property is that the window coverings in all of the bedrooms are quite sheer. At night, you can still see all of the landscape lighting outside (until 3am when it shuts off) and in the morning, you're awake with the morning light. For folks that like to sleep in, I'd recommend bringing an eye mask.
