Mammoth Estates is located in the heart of it all, walking distance to the Village at Mammoth, in a quaint and quiet forest mountain setting. This cozy two-bedroom,1.5- bath property features a single level unit, granite counters, pebble rock flooring, and carpet, views of the pool, forest, and gondola. This unit sleeps a maximum of 6 people, with two queen beds and a pull out sofa bed. this condo is non-smoking and pets are permitted. Short walk to the year round amenities Mammoth Estates has to offer such as the Game Room, Jacuzzi and Sauna. Take a plunge in the beautiful pool in hot summer months or just soak in the sun surrounded by beautiful landscape. Guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental provided a nice place to stay. However the flooring was very uncomfortable when walking upon it with bare feet. The provided remote control did not work even after replacing the batteries. Also the drawer directly next to the stove does not open.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mammoth Estates properties have been a family tradition gatjering place for over 40 years. This unit was perfect for our quick 3day visit. The location is walkable to the village, shopping, restaurants and the lakes for outdoor activities. The unit is beautifully remodeled and has a view of the pool. I took my 97 yr old mom with me and it was nice to be in a single floor unit without stairs to navigate. Like any rental, I appreciate the owners attentionto detail. Livingroom furniture and appliances were new. We felt safe, and the area was quiet and comfortable. The cable was not working and the property management was prompt nd very helpful buy could not get it working. It was ok - a reminder that we wwere there to relax and disconnect. To all guests: be respectful of things that do not belong to you and leave areas better than you arrive!

Great location!

Overall great location and facilities. Pool and sauna are great. However didn’t see anyone at the onsite office. Had to call regarding TV issues which went unresolved. Might be out of their control as they needed service provider assistance. Also if you need fresh towels or sheets, need to go to their checkin location which is about a couple of miles from their canyon blvd location. Overall their main location is pretty responsive and didn’t have any other issues. Just missed the Euro cup quarter finals 😃 as the cable tv wasn’t working.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon check-in there was a broken window that was known for two weeks prior to our stay. It had been pushed back for repairs and instead of just not listing the room it was boarded up and plastic out over it. The window was not able to be left open for air flow as there was no screen to keep bugs and critters out and our children and dogs in. The flooring was really odd pebble and hurt to walk on without shoes. The reservation staff was very professional and polite and provided fans to help with the lack of window.

Great location, not so great stay.

It's important to tame your expectations while booking this unit. Based on the nightly price we expected a more comfortable stay. The cleanliness of the unit was questionable and the floors hurt your feet to walk on. The location is great but definitely not worth the price.
