Beach House is the perfect oceanfront retreat, just steps away from the tranquil surf and inviting sands of the beach. With its charming traditional design, this classic cottage embodies southern comfort and the ease of beach living. It’s an ideal setting for creating cherished memories with family and friends in a cozy atmosphere.

In the mornings, you can soak in the beautiful views of the sunrise over the ocean, and as the sun sets, take advantage of the community soundside access to capture stunning sunset photos.

Located north of Duck, Beach House allows you to easily explore the village center via a paved multi-use path, perfect for biking. There, you’ll find a vibrant boardwalk, a scenic town park, seasonal events, delightful shops, varied dining options, and a range of watersport activities, ensuring a fulfilling vacation experience for everyone.

Wonderful property with everything you could need! This house was clean, spacious, and perfect for any family wanting to spend time ON THE BEACH. You are literally steps away! Forgot your drink? No problem! Just zip to the house! There is also a lifeguard chair right on the beach, so we felt safe knowing our kids had additional eyes on them. The house is well situated in Duck, close to shopping and restaurants, yet in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for a stroll or bike ride. We really enjoyed this property. My only regret is that now that I have stayed ON THE BEACH , I won’t want to stay anywhere else!

The house was large and very accommodating for my family. Everything was super clean and access out to the beach was easy. We loved the ocean views from the top balcony and living room. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses and cookware, which we used to cook quite a few meals during our stay at Beach House. The location of the house is at the end of a quiet street and easy to get to/find. Overall our stay was excellent and the house suited our needs perfectly.

This is our 2 visit love being right near the ocean and the home is comfortable. We wil be back in September can’t wait.

Great OBX Location

The beach house in Duck was a perfect location for our first visit to the Outer Banks. The house was clean, roomy and well stocked for cooking. Minimal paper and cleaning supplies were provided so it would be wise to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing detergent, etc. I would definitely stay at the Beach House again!

Beach House

The weather was real nice for January for the three days that we were there. They originally said we were supposed to have rain. We definitely lucked out. We already booked another trip to stay in this home. It was clean and we loved being right outside the beach.

Quite neighborhood, needs blinds in master bath and living area

Fireplace a plus; had neighbor sitting on deck looking into our living room, buy groceries before you check in, nearest grocery store is 7 miles away.

For the price that we paid, this property was not up to cleanliness standards. The shower in the master bathroom had MANY INSTANCES of visible mold (unfortunately, did not get a picture), several areas in the home had paint peeling on the walls, there were dirty tissues/toilet paper thrown between the master bed headboard and wall, windows were absolutely filthy, grease was caked on the kitchen cabinets above the microwave, outdoor grill was disgusting and had to be run on high heat for 30 minutes just to burn off the grease and old food remnants (grill is under parking overhang...recipe for a grease fire to burn down the entire house), outdoor umbrella for the deck was broken...I could go on. We knew that we would be paying a premium to stay "on the water", but paying this price and walking into a substandard home in terms of cleanliness was unacceptable. Renter beware for future tenants...we will not be repeating with this property or rental company in the future.

Perfect Location

The property is better in person. The updated, well equipped kitchen and ceiling fans were lovely. Location was superb. About a fifteen minute bike ride to the heart of Duck. (We rented bikes) There is no community pool , FYI. The neighborhood is quiet. We had a wonderful, relaxing time. Climbing the Currituck Lighthouse was fun.Fat Crabs Rib Company BBQ and Seafood in Corolla had the best fried shrimp and fries.. Sitting on the deck watching the ocean or gazing up at the stars was my favorite past time..

Felt Like a Beach Retreat

Amazing views from the deck make for the best morning sunrise and cup of coffee at the beach. Your cares will melt away while you enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean. Well appointed deck with TREX Pub table and chairs, and there's a screened porch for the evening. The kitchen had everything we needed. But the wet bar made for the most convenient attraction in the living room. Plenty of seating for 9, but there were only 5 of us. Dining room table had 8 places, but there's additional breakfast bar seating we never used. Bedrooms were exactly as described, but the master bath with double shower made the weekend. Great job by the owners and Village Realty for managing our stay.
