Walk to Park City Mountain's Town Lift and exciting shopping, dining, and nightlife on historic Main Street from this warm and spacious condo that sleeps 6. It’s also on the free town shuttle route to access Deer Valley Resort, Canyons Village, and all Park City's activities and attractions.

The open floor plan, large windows, and plentiful natural light, make this a great space for entertaining and relaxing by the flat screen TV or in front of a gas-burning fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking and serving meals. The dining table has seating for 8, plus seating for 3 at the kitchen island. Enjoy the private deck with hot tub and relax in the fresh mountain air while taking in the mountain views.

After an action-packed day, enjoy a restful night sleep in the main suite that offers a luxurious king sized bed and en suite bathroom with a soaking tub, separate shower, and double vanity. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen size bed and en suite bathroom with a tub and shower combination. The third bedroom offers another comfortable queen size bed and shared bathroom.

Enjoy garage parking, a valuable amenity in downtown Park City, and elevator access to this single level condo. Complete with private washer and dryer for added convenience. Moderate Plus rating.

Great Vacation in Park City

We enjoyed our stay! Condo has plenty of room, beds we’re comfortable. Loved having private hot tub in balcony. Kitchen is well stocked. Appreciated the concierge service that is provided by Park City Lodging, Luke helped book our airport tranfers and reservations. Just a block from Town Lift and bus stop just outside for extra convenience. Would stay here again.

Convenient and comfortable

Nice sized condo - 3 bedrooms each with their own full bathroom - and a smaller sized living/dining room area. We were only a group of 3 people, but this condo could host 4-6 comfortably. The hot tub was a nice apres ski feature. Elevator and parking made getting in/out easy, plus the town ski bus is right outside the complex. Only downside is it's a bit dated and since it's in a condo complex you will hear your neighbors. Walkable to town - just 3 blocks from Town Lift.

First Time in Park City

We loved our two weeks in Park City. Our rental unit was immaculate and well appointed. The location was perfect for us - only two blocks to Main Street. There was some confusion over whether or not the condo had air conditioning. The listing indicated that it did but an email from the management company said it did not. A call to the management company quickly cleared it up. And it does have air conditioning!!! We would definitely stay here again.

Spring

Clean, accurate listing. Easy two-block walk to town lift and easy access to all restaurants and stores. Was also great to be able to store luggage at Park City lodging office (just up the street) to ski the morning before check-in time, and the whole day after check-out time. Made all the difference in being able to spend more time on the snow.
