One of Garden City Beach's favorite vacation spots is none other than the Beach House condominium complex. Delight your senses with the sights, sounds and salty air smell relaxing on your ocean front balcony. Enjoy the comforts of 2 queen beds in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with a fully remodeled kitchen. The best pool and deck area on the south strand rave past guests. Come see for yourself! Make your reservations today for Beach House 309. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed. No elevator.

​​​​​​​Beach House is located 0.4 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This three-story oceanfront complex offers units with not only direct ocean front views, but units with side ocean views and pool views. Enjoy an oceanside outdoor pool that is open from Easter – October 1. Soak up the sun on the complex's sundeck or step right down to the sandy beach and enjoy the Atlantic Ocean. Unit amenities vary and for your convenience, there is a coin-operated laundry facility on site. There is no elevator at Beach House. Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, golf carts, boats, trailers, and pets are not permitted.

Amazing 4th of July Location

We had a great vacation at this property. The building and unit have character and age, but are in such a great location it didn’t even phase us. We spent most of the time on the beach as it was just a short walk down the steps to the beach. Great location overall and we’ll probably be back!

Nice Get Away

We did not get to stay in Room 309 due to an ac issue. Dunes Realty promptly negotiated Room 307 in advance. They did a great job changing the reservations and giving a partial refund! The main issue we had was the cleanliness of the room. It did not feel the job of preparing the room for our stay was completed properly. Housekeeping did offer to come back. We also had an issue getting in because our key wouldn’t work, but maintenance came quickly! I’m not sure the knob was ever fixed while we were there, but we were able to use the dead bolt to lock the door while we were away. There were a few other issues, but overall stay was very nice. The pool and the deck are fabulous!!

Diddnt realize it there was no elevator but it was fine, King tide, no access for a few hours to the beach but other than no keurig machine it was fine
