Location was good. Unit needs updating, some new fresh bedding would help. Property was clean and the beach is beautiful there. Close to shops and restaurants.

Cute little space close to beach.

Enjoyed our stay here for the most part. Quiet place except for the 9am leaf blower going right thru the hallways. Was right on the beach but was quite a walk to to water. Bed was not the most comfortable but wasn’t horrible. A/C works great. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. Enjoyed having use of 2 beach chairs in the closet. Overall it was a nice stay in a clean comfortable room.

Is not bright and cheerful like pictures! Very dull and drab. Chest of drawers , drawers do not open well and metal chairs very uncomfortable! Paint and removing wall paper would be a plus.

Treasure Island

Overall, our stay on Treasure Island was great. We did alot of day trips to keep us busy. The unit we stayed in needs a complete overhaul. I couldn't userhe bureau due to it being broken. The kitchen table is extremely dirty due to the plastic braid that is wrapped around it. The chairs were so uncomfortable that we mainly sat on the bed. The bathroom sink is so close to the toilet that you have to hold onto the sink so you dont smash your face when attempting to use the toilet. The kitchen faucet needs to be replaced because it sprays everywhere when you turn it on. The light on the right side of the bed doesnt work and the unit could use overhead lighting in the living area. The unit needs some fresh decor. I think the decor was bought at a dollar store. The a/c is also noisy. Lastly its needs a clock.

Great place for a short vacation!

Great place! Easy access to beach, nice pool, close to lots of places to eat and drink. Only issue was change machine for laundry took my $3 and gave no change.

Room desperately needed to be upgraded.

The location was excellent, our room #16 on the other hand was severely disappointing. Every thing we touched broke!! Closet door fell on top of me, curtains fell off the wall...all the blinds were broken and the room was not very clean. The bed was very broken down and not comfortable. We saw other rooms that were gorgeous but ours was stuck in the past..with the dusty wicker furniture to make it very old and tired feeling.

Nice getaway

Enjoyed our stay at Tropic Terrace #16. Nice location. Pool is great. Check in was easy. Bathroom is VERY small and hard to move around in. Overall a nice comfortable place to stay.

Must have been a great place in the ‘60s!!

Everything looked old. Only pretty & new item was the shower curtain. Shower head produced very little spray. No diverter. Odd placement of framed artwork (not centered over bed). Beach towels not used. Kitchen not used. We were only there overnight. Won’t recommend this place. Depressing.!

Needs a little love

The exterior building and grounds were beautiful, well-maintained, and clean. Parking was very convenient.The interior was also VERY clean, but a few things need some attention. The closet door would not open, the lamp was tilting on its base, some of the drawers in the kitchen were difficult to open. The bed cover seemed thin and old. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, but the interior definitely did not match the exterior.

Okay

I never received a text message as promised. I had to repeatedly try and contact the host. There was a strong Petrolium smell in the room that was very disturbing to myself and my wife that has asthma. Also kinda a mildew moldy smell. After stocking the fridge and waiting a while for it to chill our drinks we noticed that it wasn’t even plugged in. Pretty disappointed in the room. The people were nice as was the pool.
