Perfect place

Great Place for a Couple to Get Away

It was great for the two of us to get away from responsibilities and relax. Cute little unit. Bathroom is a little small but everything else was perfect. Super fun!

Fantastic room and location

We stayed four days at Tropic Terrance #10 and enjoyed it the moment we walked in. The check in process was easy and straightforward. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The room was perfect for us! The location is great, being on the beach it’s a necessity to walk down to the water for the sunset. Also the boardwalk right there is perfect. This is overall a wonderful VRBO and we would definitely stay there again.

Everything you'd want in a place on the beach

Had a great time. Nice little place. Loved sitting out in the evening and watching the lightning storms out at sea. Nice BBQ pit, picnic tables and shuffleboard. Great price. Nice little kitchen. Bathroom a little small but clean and good water pressure and a nice hot shower. Hope to stay here again. Great location and extremely quiet in the courtyard. Very peaceful place for a nice restful stay.

Beautiful grounds And location. Unit nice definitely needed bed Replacement And new Bed linens. Sitting on the bed Sounded Like plywood on metal springs.

Quaint and Quiet

My boyfriend and I booked #10 for 4 days, the location was perfect for beach access and evening entertainment. When booking this we didn’t realize how small the space actually was, it’s super cute, just make sure you really like the person you’re sharing the space with! I would recommend that ownership look into upgrading the A/C units, every night our room couldn’t get below 74°. It would also be nice to have access to more than 2 beach towels, when individuals go on vacation, doing laundry isn’t the task we want to be stuck with. Overall this place is super cute, well priced, and we’ll be sure to book again!!

Great place rooms dirty

Everything was pretty great. Grounds and outside cleanliness is top notch excellent. However inside is really lacking in cleanliness. Massive amounts of dust build up, blood all over the door frame of the bathroom. Sheets and towels were clean though. We would stay again but would be prepared to go in ourselves and do a bit of cleaning on the first day. Room is very musty smelling and seems to come from the a/c unit, it probably needs a filter change or clean out. Location is amazing we had a great time.

4 day stay.

Air condition remote did not work. Shower Handle was broken and never fixed after we called. Light switch was broken in the kitchen. Bed made all noise all night and left with a bad back.

Room was great but hope nothing goes wrong

We have stayed here on 2 different occasions bc of the location. The room itself was great, property is nice and clean. We were on the first floor, and the people above us were so loud every single night from 11pm-330am. on the third day, I let the front desk know of the issue..at this point, I wanted to leave and go to a hotel. She told me she could not refund me and she would take care of the noise. That night nothing changed, we had to take benedryl to attempt to sleep through it. Of course the next morning the office seemed to be closed all day. So while the room and property are great, it is very hard to get solutions for a noise issue. Not really the owner's fault. But I will not stay here again unless it is on the top floor.

Awesome little place

My cousin and I stayed in Room #10 for 15 nights. Room was very nice and was great to have a full kitchen. Bathroom was on the small side tho. The beautiful grounds are meticulessy kept. Every morning the gal was out there snipping out bad leaves and cleaning up after the plants. The laundry needs a bit of improving. No detergent in the machine; and the coin machine didn't work. The office had coins the first time we needed to use it; the but second time, they didn't have them. Tho Robin did find us enough quarters for a wash/dry (and quickly too). One thing ... we did find a few big bugs in our room. I'm sure the place was fumigated, as they were not alive. But still!! I guess that's to be expected in any tropical place tho. All in all, this is a great little place to stay at. John's Pass and most restaurants (and a Costco and Walgreen's) are within an easy 10-20 minute walk. The boardwalk is another plus!! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!!

Great Place - Check-in Issues

Property nice. We booked it 2 days before our stay. Great location. Issue was that the information on how to check in was not sent with original paperwork. Arrived 5:30. Desk closed. Called but no response. Waited 4 hours by car until a guest told me what to try for combo and it worked. Lost the evening trying to get in. Later got the entry instructions. Requesting 1 night refund to make this right to return.

The condo was nicely decorated and clean. I would suggest a new coffee maker and toaster. The toaster only toasts on one side. The coffee maker was difficult to use . Just a suggestion 😁
