Spacious & Cozy Wood Burning Fireplace, Walk to Eagle Lodge & Slopes

Enjoy this comfortable 1 bedroom + loft, 2 bathroom unit that sleeps up to 6 people. This unit is located in Phase 2 of the Summit in the Conness building and walking distance to Eagle Lodge. Enjoy a full kitchen, TV, WiFi, stereo and wood stove. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The loft has a bunk bed with a full size bottom bunk, twin on top and twin trundle. The complex offers underground parking (garage clearance 7' 0"), Jacuzzi, sauna, weight room, laundry facilities, and a pool (summer only). Located on the green shuttle line. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. Very outdated and old

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The photos make the apartment look much nicer than it is. It's very old, dark and run down. There was a strong odor when we walked in and it never went away. While things looked clean, everything was just very old and dated. We did have a roof leak in the master bedroom which caused us to leave early. Water was leaking through window directly onto an electric wall heater which posed a danger. The loft upstairs is NOT for smaller kids. The bunk bed is squished right next to a short wall that if your child makes one wrong move climbing down, they could fall onto the lower floor about 12 feet down. Very dicey. They reimbursed us for half a day because of the leak. Management was responsive and the wall heaters in the main living areas worked well. Appreciated the covered parking as well.

Conveniently Located to Eagle Lodge but Unit Outdated

As described, unit was walking distance to Eagle lodge, no need to drive or take bus. However, the unit is in need of update, carpet and paint. Also, bathroom rugs were dirty and should be replaced (small expense). Bunk beds upstairs are at best for young children, especially top bunk (squeak anytime you move). I would look for another place next time I book stay in Mammoth.

Great place for a brief respite

Run down furniture, cracks in ceiling, etc). Unfortunately the internet didn’t work at all from the second day on, toilets kept running, and one of the heaters downstairs didn’t work. Good location but would look for a different place to stay next time.

Great Location, not fancy

Cute place, great with kiddos. Loft fun for them. As usual, pull out bed pretty uncomfortable. Parking great. If you stay, you can enjoy spa very close by.
