The perfect getaway is waiting for you on the second floor of The Commodore in this three-bedroom, three-bathroom gem! Enjoy the lovely views of palm trees swaying in the breeze and the breathtaking Emerald Coast—thanks to the open layout, you and your family can easily connect and make the most of your time together. The private balcony is spacious and the perfect spot for sipping morning coffee while watching the sunrise, enjoying a happy hour cocktail at sunset, or unwinding with a good book after a sunny beach day.



Property Highlights & Features:

✔ Bedrooms: Two master suites with flat-screen TVs and access to the spacious beachfront balcony. The third bedroom offers one full-size bed, one queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private entrance to the guest bathroom.

✔ Bathrooms: The first master suites feature a vanity and a walk-in shower. The second master bathroom has a vanity and a tub/shower combo. The guest bathroom features a walk-in shower and entrances from the hallway and the guest bedroom.

✔ Living Room: Queen-size sleeper sofa, accent chairs, and a flat-screen TV with streaming service for family entertainment or relaxing evenings.

✔ Kitchen: Fully equipped to ensure you can prepare all your favorite meals, a dishwasher to make clean-up a breeze, and a coffee maker for your morning brew. There is a dining table with seating for six, as well as bar seating for three.



Your stay will be enhanced by:

✔ A seasonally heated outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and hot tub

✔ Basketball and shuffleboard courts for laid-back fun

✔ Responsive local host available throughout your stay



$300 FREE Activities: Guests will receive one complimentary admission to each of our select activities per day. You can attend all of these activities every day, and one person will be free each day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.



So yes, you may choose to play a round of golf in the morning (one person is free) and then enjoy a Dolphin Cruise that afternoon (one person is free). Alternatively, you may choose to visit WonderWorks with the kids in the morning (one person is free), while your husband can play golf (one person is free). Then you can meet up that afternoon for the dolphin cruise (one person is free). You may participate in some or ALL of the select activities every day, and one person from your party is free each day!

Wonderful Stay

Place was clean and pool and view was the best. Checked in and gerald greeted us and assure to check the room make sure no issues and that we had everything.

Could have been better

The unit was clean but not well kept, meaning the closet doors kept coming off track, the appliances were old, there was mold around the doors on the balcony (206 and 306 were the only units that had mold that I could see), one of the sliding doors on the balcony did not even have a locking mechanism, the curtains in the living room would not close all the way. We did enjoy our stay but these things could have been better

Complex nice room not very clean and bathroom leak see below not fixed at all

Had water leak in bathroom on ceiling. Called Tuesday someone came out said ok left. Came back wed tore ceiling tile said ok came Friday said when are you leaving and left. Not very good when no one fixed it bathroom was a disaster and not usable. Very disappointed

Great location, but the place is very dirty, damaged, etc.

We arrived and the place was not cleaned. After a couple hours they had some folks "clean it" but it was below average at best. We ultimately got into the room around 6:30 p.m. 1 of the bedrooms had a stain on the mattress pad. We only knew that because after "cleaning" they didn't even put on new sheets. The floors were dirty, the refrigerator was dirty, damaged bathroom vanities, frig, etc. The view was great, above the pool and the stairs were convenient and easy to use. Management did their best to help out but it seems that they were not very organized. Security is pretty tough as they were always correcting folks, telling folks to quite down. Probably a good thing overall. We'd stay here again but wouldn't suggest the room unless below average is suitable.

Love the Commodore!!!

We love staying at the Commodore!!!! It's far enough away from the busy town but not to far that it takes you forever to get to anything. The only thing we had wrong was someone didn't get all of their belongs out the the dressers so we just put them in a bag and put them to the side. Everything was amazing. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Beach trip

The six of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Commodore. We had stayed there 2 other times. We love the fact it is right on the beach and has a large balcony overlooking the pool. We also like the easy access to the parking lot. We did observe a few things that needed attention. Where the carpet ends at the door and on the other side next to the tile there were nails sticking up and can cause a bad injury. Also the door to the bathroom in one of the front bedrooms will not shut because of swelling from moisture. Another problem I personally experienced is that you need a higher potty in the back bathroom where you have the walk-in shower. I had to get help getting up each time. Overall , we all had a fantastic time and look forward to going back soon.

PCB family vacation

Our trip was great. We arrived a couple hours early and Amber was very helpful and responded right away to our questions! The condo could use a little updating. There was a place where the carpet met the tile that a carpet tack was sticking out and one of us cut our toe. But overall our stay was great. The view was amazing! The access to the beautiful beach was perfect!

Family Getaway

We LOVE the Commodore!!! It’s a Wonderful Place. The unit we stayed in could use a little Updating. The carpet at the transition between the Living Room and Dining Room needs to be repaired. The tack strips caused several of us to prick our feet. I purchased a couple of runners to cover it on the next day after our arrival. There is a hole in the tile floor near the transition as well. The bar stools need some attention as well as they are wobbly. The patio doors going onto the balcony will not lock in the living room and the 2nd bedroom. The refrigerator has tape holding some trim on. I understand this is rental unit, but some attention to these areas would go a long way to show concern and care for the unit’s renters in the future. Given all of the unit’s faults, We had an Awesome time.

Commodore Stay

This was the perfect place for us: not far off the ground, short elevator waits, plenty of room, clean and the most amazing view! In the evening as the sun was setting. Quiet and peaceful in the mornings and evenings - and full of the sounds of family's laughing and the ocean during the day. Very grateful and wish I could have stayed longer. Also, I was just recently in a car accident so I was pretty much bound to my room. We walked in and there was the most comfortable recliner- I was so happy. ?

Great trip!

This condo was perfect! It was on the second floor & had the most beautiful view over the pool & the ocean. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen had everything we could need. The pool and hot tub were always clean. The beach was so close, just walked down the Commodore walk way & the beach was right there! Perfect for little kids and all their toys! Definitely the perfect condo for 2 families and their kiddos to enjoy. Can’t wait to come back and visit soon!

Lovely Condo- needs maintenance

We enjoyed our stay immensely at The Commodore. We did have several maintenance issues that were a problem. The kitchen faucet kept falling off and would not stay on, the carpet was pulled away from the floor causing the carpet tacks to be exposed and several of us stepped on them before we ended up putting a towel over them, several outlets didn't work, and one of the remotes to the tv was missed, another remote didn't even have batteries. I still give this place a 4 star because these items didn't make a huge difference in how we enjoyed our vacation, but the condo could have been in better shape.

Bill at the security office was EXTREMELY rude to our entire party including the small children directly. The carpet in this unit is terrible and the entire unit needs completely updating and a thorough cleaning. It was however a very convenient location for the reason we were there.

Really needs update

Beds uncomfortable, only 1 small frying pan, needs painting, nedds to be checked for mold. Carpet was crusty. Bottom of doors warped and chipped. I assume water damage. Refrigerator has sharp edge on door, stove burners aren't level. One burner didn't work unless you unplug the coil and put in again. Only 1 elevator entire time we were there. Location spectacular. Nice pool. Hot tub okay. Good security. Furniture in living room was a pleasant surprise.

Disappointed

This is my second year visiting Panama City, my first was flawless, this trip not so much. I was very disappointed, and felt cheated when I arrived and saw the condition of the condo. Definitely not worth the 500+ per night I paid. Stained and dingy living room and patio furniture, I had to cover before sitting or laying on them. Refrigerator with missing door handle, broken door compartments AND leaking water. Toilet with broken cover laid against wall in bathroom, multiple flushes to get rid of waste. Bath tubs dingy with stains, beige no longer white. The carpet definitely didn’t look like the pictures, they would do better getting rid of it. Amber my property manager was great we had an AC issue and she had someone at my door within the hour. I reported the issues with the condo furniture to her, she said she reported to her boss. Not sure who is responsible for the condition of the furniture in the condo owner or management company. The view from the patio was the best part of the condo, large patio with lots of stained dirty furniture. I hope this feedback will prompt improvements for the next guest. Judy D.

Good and bad

I will give this property a 4/5 mainly for location and it had plenty of room for all 10 of us. I was not impressed with the furniture, especially in the living room. It was stained and brown from use and the pull out bed was incredibly uncomfortable. My teenage boys that slept on it complained about how pokey it was and you could feel every bar. There was 50 cent piece size hole in the tile floor of the dining room that you can see down into and the top shelf of the door on the fridge is broken and your things will fall and break. It appeared dirty but the condo smelled clean, I’m assuming it’s just regular wear and tear from use. I would definitely stay again despite this. The beach is gorgeous and they do a great job with keeping the pool area clean. Security officers are really vigilant and keep a good watch on things which made us feel safe. Hopefully they address the furniture so this property will be perfect 😊

Nice stay!

Nice stay! The condo is nicer in person then the pictures show online. Could use a few updates but had everything we needed! Some light fixtures were missing ljght bulbs. Very close and convenient to beach. Overall we were all happy with the stay!

Great place, but security ruins it

This property is clean, great location, we loved the room. But, there is one security officer that completely ruins it. He picks with guests, tries to enforce his own rules instead of the properties, is very rude and seems to enjoy being rude. We will not stay here again because security is that ridiculous!

Great location, great views

We were only in for a quick 3 night stay and had 2 twelve hour fishing trips planned. We chose the commodore for its location. This unit has has been somewhat updated. Will stay here again!
