Lovely place convenient to exploring!

We had a wonderful stay here! While it's slightly on the outskirts of Loveland, the location was ideal for exploring Boulder, Estes Park, RMNP, and Fort Collins. It was so cozy, with all of the amenities. And after staying at an Airbnb with only one bath for five people prior to this stay, the extra half bath was especially nice. The couch was incredibly comfortable, and after days of driving, walking, etc, my kids were only to happy to curl up and relax on the sofa to watch TV. The backyard space was also amazing for them. We picked up a cheap playground ball to let them play in the back yard, but it was awesome that the owners also had cornhole to take outside as well. Overall, highly recommend!!

Great Stay

It was a great place to spend our vacation at. The backyard was a great area to hang out after a day of hiking. It was nice that the place had everything we needed for cooking breakfast and so many more amenities. The place was very easy to find and very accessible.

Stayed for a week visiting relatives. Kitchen - very well equipped: 'regular' coffee maker & Keurig, etc. and stocked perfectly with the necessities: coffee, condiments. Bedroom - wide assortment of pillows and blankets. We were a bit suspicious as the mattress was very thin but turned out to be very comfortable! Dining table perfect size for four. Couch was huge with ottoman (also stocked with extra blankets) perfect for movie night when our granddaughter visited. Had one warm day and spent the afternoon playing bags in the spacious backyard. Had a blast!Quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. Garage was available, too but we were coming and going so much we didn't use it.Will definite look here when we plan our next visit.

This was a perfect place for our needs. Cleanliness and amenities were wonderful and made our stay so comfortable. Responsiveness of the property Owner was most timely and easy to communicate with. We would not hesitate to stay at this property again, and highly recommend it to others.

Great place. Really like having a garage. The high chair was a plus. Two things welcome book needs to be updated and the toilet in full bath needs to be adjusted. We hope to get this place next year when we con do the nutcracker

Cozy place to stay in Loveland!!

Cozy and clean home to stay in Loveland. Easy check in and check out. Fully stocked kitchen and beautiful backyard to relax in. Owner responded quickly with any questions I had. Home is located close to downtown Loveland and Estes Park is easily accessible as well. Would definitely stay again!!

Hidden gem

This duplex is amazing. It was a great location and we felt very safe. There is everything you could want there. Keurig k-cups, paper goods, and too many appliances to list are provided. There is a great backyard with a picnic set and toys if you come with kids. We were also able to use the garage. We hope to stay here again.

Beautiful home

This home has everything needed for a wonderful stay. The owner has truly thought of it all! Even though it's a duplex we had complete privacy. Would definitely stay here again, and would highly recommend to anyone staying in the Loveland area.

Comfy!

We really enjoyed our stay in Loveland, Colorado. The townhome was very convenient to grocery shopping and restaurants as well! It was also fairly close to our son's home in Windsor, allowing us to spend lots of family time together with our 2 granddaughters. Youngest one is newly born at 4 weeks!! The home offered everything we needed, and we were able to cook breakfast every morning :D. We thoroughly enjoyed the huge backyard, where we could play games and run after our 2 1/2-year-old granddaughter. We definitely plan to stay here again during future visits to spend time with our granddaughters.Thank you!

Fabulous

To start, Christy was awesome at communication!! She is a top notch host. The house was cozy, comfortable and had so many amenities. Not just the basics, this home has just about everything you have in your own home. The bed was comfortable, the shower had great hot water and pressure. The garage made it so convenient to back in and unload straight into the well appointed kitchen. I would highly recommend staying at this rental to everyone. The washer and dryer were so great to have to use!! I always read reviews before booking and when I saw and read all 5 starts here I just knew the home would not be anything less. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thanks Christy!! 9

Perfect

I actually didn’t stay here, but set up my wife and kids while they were visiting their grandparents in Loveland. My wife insisted I leave a review because of how much she enjoyed her stay. Kids also loved it. Communication was fantastic and location was minutes away from my wife’s family.
