Condo was clean and airy. Great view of the ocean from the 10th floor balcony. Steps away from the beach and boardwalk. We made use of the pool and hot tub area. The only negative thing I can say is the pool area doors don't open until 9am. Short walking distance to restaurants and pubs.

We absolutely loved our stay in the Ocean front condo! Everything was clean and the Evolve staff were friendly and responsive. The morning ocean sunrises from the balcony were fantastic too!

Family matters/girl's trip

Needed a getaway and had some family business to attend to. Location was great. Comfort was great. Decor is much more serene than appears online. It was great having coffee on the large deck and relaxing at the end of the day. Can't say anything bad about it.

Great spot for family with kids

You cant beat the ocean views, stunning. The layout of the balconies were staggered so you can see / hear your neighbors. The building is a little dated but the condo has very nice upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. The second bedroom is spacious with a nice tv and another updated bathroom. The description does not lie however, you are IN Myrtle Beach. I was there over Easter weekend and the weather was beautiful and the BASS was plentiful. It’s a corner unit so you really only have to worry about one neighbor, but the walls are thin. We had a group partying until 3 am next door and an early tee time the next day. One day of rain kept us inside and ordered takeout that for some reason when to North Myrtle Beach. Happened twice on these types of orders, so just be careful. The owners / contact person is very responsive and overall, I’d stay there again.

Not the best

The condo overall is not bad. It's had some upgrades, but you can tell it's still pretty dated. I like the fact that it's ocean front and the view was great. The mattresses were very hard and lighting in some rooms wasn't too bright. Noise was definitely an issue coming from the road at night and even from late-night beach goers. Since I'm reviewing my entire stay, I have to mention also review Atlantica. Check-in wasn't easy as they only had one cart available at the time and multiple guests trying to use it. Parking is not very close and you have to park one block over and walk even though there is an empty lot right across the street. There are codes to get in and out everywhere (even the bathrooms) and it's hard to remember all the codes when you have to also remember the room code. The lazy river, indoor pool and hot tubs were fun for the family but didn't seem very clean. Around late afternoon they get very crowded. There are two elevators but only one that is routinely used by everywhere. There are long waits and it's usually crowded. The location is good and you can walk to the Skywheel and other attractions. But as for the condo and Atlantica itself, I would not go back.

Great Location

The easy access to the beach (with a couple of beach chairs that were stashed in the closet) was our favorite part! The balcony also has a lovely view. It's a short walk to the Boardwalk and several restaurants in both directions. With it so close to the airport and places like Broadway at the Beach, we used rideshare for the entire trip! For the few items we had questions on, our local contact Melody was very responsive, friendly, and helpful to the absolute best of her ability. The beds were comfortable, the appliances in good working order, and the showers looked recently updated. Overall a lovely trip for us!

Definitely stay here again

Unit very clean. Had issue with slow draining tub but was taken care of when reported. Great location, minutes away from so many things.

Great location

Great location! Pictures are exact to property. The unit was clean with great ocean views! There were a few concerns….We had to pay for parking because the designated lots were full. We requested for the entry codes for three days prior to arriving and the manager finally gave codes as we were on the property.. wrong code given to enter building … manager stopped answering phone .. luckily someone let us in! We had an issue with the balcony lock being broken and requested for someone to fix immediately .. the manager responded by saying someone will fix the next morning And of course no one came to fix. We did end the trip early regarding safety concern. Other than those issues, Everything else was great!

Great location, decent value.

Great location, and property in general met expectations. I would recommend you bring your own streaming device if you want to watch anything at night. The Smart TV’s cut out all the time and require a full reboot. Good layout and priced decently.

Nice condo!

The condo was nice and it was also clean. We had a little trouble checking in. But management was helpful. The condo had everything we needed. The location was a bit busy and we were looking for something a little quieter.

Nice but some kinks to work out with this new rental

Summary: beautiful view, great location but host has never even been to the site, and there was somewhat of a lack of attention to detail in the cleaning/ preparation for our stay. In-depth review: - Decorated and furnished beautifully, fantastic view. Located within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. - Jay, our host, called me right back when we had trouble upon late arrival. He made himself available all night in case we had any more issues. However, he hasn't ever been to the property so his directions were somewhat confusing at first (see next point). I also sent a text and an email the next day with a small question that he probably didn't know the answer to but I never heard anything back, which made me not even ask when we had a couple other small things come up over our stay. - When facing the building from the street, the entrance to this unit is on the right up the ramp that goes around to the side of the building - not through the front lobby. Keypad is on the door, it's NOT the lock box on the left side of the lobby. This was all very unclear. - There are restrooms/locker rooms in the pool area, but we were not provided with the code and couldn't access. There was also a code on the trash chute where we were instructed to leave the trash but we were not provided with that code either. - The parking lot for Atlantica is behind the one directly across the street. All vehicles parked in this lot had hanging tags though, which were not provided to us. We ended up paying $150 (for 3 days) to park in a different lot nearby so we didn't get towed. The lot across the street was a little cheaper but we couldn't get their payment system to work. I specifically asked about parking before our stay and was told to use the lot across the street from the building or the parking garage (which we never found), and that there was plenty of parking. I was never told or led to believe that we would need to pay for parking. But again, the host has never been there so he didn't really know. - A lot of minor things with this unit: no extra trash bags, only one laundry pod, locks on the balcony doors stick terribly, dining room table top turns, a towel was left on the balcony from the previous guests. Nothing major or that would prevent us from staying here again but a lack of attention to detail. But also some nice touches like mints in the kitchen, towels folded like swans on the bed, and games and movies in the TV cabinet.

Enjoyed the time with Grand kids!

It was enjoyable stay. The grand kids loved the beach and the variety of pools to pick from. Please note: You must have your own floating devices for Lazy River Pool as they do supply them. Also, it is quite costly if you rent a chair and umbrella for the beach. ( it is through a different company) If you want to save some money, bring your own.

The place was clean and the views are great! Too few trash bags and didn’t know where to take them.

A beautiful and clean property. Needs to be set up better for folks that do more than a day to two stay. Not enough trash bags or dishwasher soap. Despite that, we had a great time. People were friendly and the views were spectacular!!
