Time Out on Totara II - FREE WIFI

Gorgeous, modern four bedroom/two bathroom home is well situated on Totara Drive, a quiet street just a few minutes walk to the centre of Twizel

Large open plan living space and incredible outdoor spaces mean you have plenty of room to enjoy your stay. The main bedroom opens out to the outdoor area and has its own private bathroom including shower and toilet. The main bathroom is very generously sized with a shower and bath and the separate toilet is in the hallway. Three of the four bedrooms open to the private backyard.

The modern kitchen with upmarket amenities has everything you need to cook up a storm or enjoy many of the eateries in and around Twizel. Open-plan living is fully air-conditioned, with heat pump and a fantastic log burner. The lounge opens out to the outdoor area and private backyard. The property has been designed to maximise outdoor living and is a great area to enjoy a BBQ and entertain family and friends. The backyard is fully fenced for younger visitors.

This is a great house very well appointed.Only criticism is with adults the hot water system is marginal especially if the spa bath is to be used. The cleaning was a bit disappointing. The garage hadn’t been swept out. The ash from the fire still in bucket just outside. The bbq area a bit messy. The house though first class

This property was perfect for our stay as we photographers explored the areas around Twizel and within a day's return journey.Very quiet street and a short drive to the shops.Great kitchen and living area. As there was a couple and myself, we only used the master bedroom and one of the other queen bedrooms which were well sized. The beds were very comfortable, but some new firmer pillows would be good.The recycling heating system was very difficult to operate and did not stay on for very long. Great to have a washing machine, but a dryer would be necessary if the weather was wet. Luckily we were blessed with beautiful sunshine for our 7 days.The hot water tank for the property is not instantaneous, so if you had a house full of people they would need to have very short showers indeed.Great outdoor area and backyard.

Great Place Near Mt. Cook

Great property with lots of amenities in quiet neighborhood. Loved the patio and outdoor dining. Nice jetted tub. Not to far from Mt Cook whwe spent two days.

Family friendly home

We all enjoyed our 4 days at this property. Weather was not good for the first 2 days so log fire was great. Kitchen had everything we needed. A suggestion - not criticism - maybe more than 1 hand towel for a group would be welcome. Thank you to our host.

Like: quiet location, modern home, spacious Would recommend: providing nonstick cookware or a good nonstick pan spray. Convection oven doesn’t heat very well. Ice maker in refrigerator should be in working condition Pancake griddle would be nice (nonstick) Good roll of plastic wrap and aluminum foil would be nice Provide instructions on how to control heat/cooling in the house Skeleton key for front door is awkward A garage door opener would be nice A lot of bath towels are provided but few hand towels and no washcloths Shampoo/ conditioner/ lotion would be nice More cable channels on TV would be nice

Communication with the host was very friendly. The house is beautiful and very quiet and has everything for a stay with family. Great surroundings! Very recommendable.

Wonderful New Zealand Experience

This home near Mount Cook National Park is fabulous. There is an amazing kitchen/living area plus outdoor space. The home is well cared for, clean and spacious, plus the manager checks in to ensure all is well. Highly recommend!

No heat in Winter

We stayed during the winter and the bedrooms and baths were cold - 2C. The heaters didnt work. Only the woodstove kept the main living room warm. The lack of heating should be listed.

Everything was great except the house was cold...especially the master bedroom which had no heating in it at all, other bedrooms had panel heaters, it didn't seem like the heat transfer system was working...otherwise jo complaints
