This inviting one-bedroom condo at Commodore Condominiums invites you to experience the beauty of Panama City Beach from its serene east end. With direct beach access, you can enjoy sun-soaked days with beach service offering chair and umbrella rentals, jet ski adventures, and more. The oversized balcony provides ample seating for your group while offering breathtaking views of the sparkling Emerald Coast. The well-appointed kitchen contains everything you need to create delicious meals or pack a perfect picnic for the beach. With an open layout that showcases beach views from nearly every angle, this fantastic condo sets the stage for an unforgettable beach vacation.

Your stay will be enhanced by:

✔ The beach—private access for resort guests only

✔ Responsive local host available throughout your stay



$300 FREE Activities: Guests will receive one complimentary admission to each of our select activities per day. You can attend all of these activities every day, and one person will be free each day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.



So yes, you may choose to play a round of golf in the morning (one person is free) and then enjoy a Dolphin Cruise that afternoon (one person is free). Alternatively, you may choose to visit WonderWorks with the kids in the morning (one person is free), while your husband can play golf (one person is free). Then you can meet up that afternoon for the dolphin cruise (one person is free). You may participate in some or ALL of the select activities every day, and one person from your party is free each day!



Activities and Attractions: PCB Wheel Ride, Mini Golf at the PCB Wheel, Dave & Buster’s, WonderWorks, Bay Point Golf and Tennis Club, Just Jump Trampoline Park, and Island Time Sailing: Dolphin Watch Sailing Cruise



*Free activities do not apply to monthly reservations. Guests staying 28 nights or fewer are eligible to participate in activities. Stays of 29 nights or longer would not be eligible.

Great Stay

Cozy Condo

Perfect spot for a couple! Unit is comfortable and has everything needed for "home at the beach". Beautiful view, huge balcony, convenient access to the beach -or the State Park, if you prefer a bit more elbow room on the sand. Secure parking with someone always at the gate keeping an eye on the cars. Property manager was very nice and helped us out with a booking error (my fault). Would definitely stay again!

Awesome location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is awesome, right on the beach and walking distance to the state park. Sunsets were gorgeous! The check-in and out processes were so easy. There were a couple areas of the condo that could have been cleaned a little better, but other than that it was the relaxing weekend that we needed.

Labor Day Weekend

We had a quick getaway for the holiday weekend. We loved the room itself as well as the pool and quick access to the beach. Perfect view of the beach from the living room chair on those rainy afternoons.

Owners should consider upgrading bedroom mattress and living room furniture. Both were very uncomfortable. Housekeeping should mop floors in between guests. Overall a nice unit for a couple. We liked the slower pace on this end of PCB.

Amazing Trip

I had a wonderful time with my Family at the Commodore! Our contact Amber was awesome at welcoming us and quick to respond at any questions we had! Our view was amazing and we were right on the beach! I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely stay here next time!

Anniversary visit

Everything was nice. The only issues we had were two of the wash rags were badly stained and one of the towels was stained.

the bathrooms and kitchen were clean rest of the condo was a little dusty needed some extra cleaning. The island time dolphin tour was great, lots of dolphins and overall very relaxing. The golf at bay point is a must if you are a golfer.

Commodore is amazing

Great quiet location near to the state park but with many attractions, bars and restaurants close by. The unit could have been stocked better but was fine for the 2 of us. Amber the rental manager was excellent in communication and assisting with any questions.

Excellent Vacation

This condo was wonderful and it meet our expectations. It has been updated, was clean, and was exactly the way it was advertised. The elevators worked properly and were fast. It is located on the east end of Thomas Drive which is much quieter and more peaceful. We will vacation here again.

Quiet & Peaceful and Close to St. Andrews -- this is your place!

This condo was recommended by a friend because I was looking for a place on the quiet end of the beach but close to restaurants and things to do. This place definitely did not disappoint, it is close to St. Andrews State Park, it was very peaceful even though it was still during Spring Break. Just a short couple miles to grocery or restaurants. Very close to the marina that offers various dolphin tours or boat rides. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet end of PCB but still close enough to Pier Park and other things to do.

Nice room!

We stayed early May. The Commodore was very quiet. This is what I love about the end of Thomas Dr. It is less crowded and St. Andrews is very close. This room was nice and pretty clean. HUGE balcony! Love that! I only wished the clear shower curtains were cleaner and the balcony door locks weren’t so hard to open. Overall, it was a great stay and we had a great time!

Amber is always a pleasure to work with. She goes above and beyond to accommodate my family’s needs when we are planning our yearly visit to the Commodores. The unit could use some updates but overall it was a great experience. Beautiful views of the beach and ocean. Security is always onsite and does a excellent job of making you feel safe as well as your vehicles. We had 6 condos and will be returning next year! Thank you

Not impressed for the cost

For the price i would've expected MUCH better beds. My son who's 14 and can sleep anywhere and myself never got a good nights sleep while there, which can ruin anyday. The beds are horrible.

Condo could have been cleaner, if you didn’t wear shoes inside your feet would be black on bottom. No extra blanket just extra sheets. Patio furniture needs replacing totally worn out and sofa and recliners were dirty

Property manager was very responsive. Had some issues with the TV only getting Roku and one of the lounge chairs on the deck being broken and both being very rusty. Maintenance guy came out and fixed the TV and replaced the chairs. Master bed was way to firm for our liking and the was some mold/ Mildew on the hall bath shower curtain and around the vent fan area.

Last Minute Get Away

We've stayed at the The Commodore a few times and plan to come back again! It's a great complex with an excellent location. We had a small issue in our unit with a TV in the Master Bedroom and within minutes of notifying the iTrip staff, Gerald was on site and working on the issue. He stayed in communication with us through the whole process until the issue was resolved.
