Gorgeous 3 BR condo on the famous OC Boardwalk, offers luxury and location!

South Beach 505 is a SIDE UNIT IN OCEANFRONT BUILDING. South Beach is a luxurious building overlooking the boardwalk, beach and ocean on 7th street. Enjoy a large, spacious designer unit with all the extras plus an indoor pool, outdoor pool, fitness room, assigned parking in a secured parking lot and shops on the ground level. Bed sizes include 1 king in the primary bedroom, 2 singles in the 2nd bedroom and a pyramid bunk with a trundle in the 3rd bedroom. Property has steaming tv and wifi. Guest supplies bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. A washer and dryer is provided in unit for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
This condo rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season.
Indoor pool is closed from January 2 - April 1.
**** NOTE IN DECEMBER 2025, THE INDOOR POOL, STORAGE AND FITNESS ROOM WILL BE INACCESSIBLE FOR AN INDETERMINATE TIME WHILE WORK IS BEING COMPLETED IN THE HALLWAYS.
Non-smoking/vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

Spring Break

The kids had a wonderful time in the clean indoor pool, and we saved money by cooking in the lovely kitchen. The location was great, an easy walk to the pier.

Everything about 505 South was amazing.... Very comfortable pretty Condo...a perfect spot for family members to meet up and celebrate the holidays....

Long weekend stay

Fantastic! We had 7 adults and a baby and there was plenty of space, amnesties and in walking distance where we wanted to go. Process and communication were great . There were 2 pools and a small gitness center, which appealed to us all. Great views of the ocean and bay. I hope we can do this yearly.

Beautiful

The condo was beautifully decorated and clean when we arrived! The view of the ocean and the bay could be seen from the Balcony! The whole family loved it!

I rented this condo for some family members visiting us. They don’t live near the ocean. They really enjoyed the condo and its location. They had no complaints.

Great Location

Off-season stay so rolling the dice with the weather but close to everything. Well appointed unit, nice views and clean. Only slight complaint would be to have more drinkware available and maybe build up a supply of board games or a few decks of cards for those foul weather days.

Amazing

This was our third year in a row vacationing in Ocean City Maryland. I have to say that this location was by far our favorite and we had an amazing vacation. The place was spotless upon arrival and the views even from our side balcony were incredible. Everything was in walking distance and our location was fairly quiet even though we were close to the boardwalk. We had a blast and are already looking forward to coming back in 2024! Had a great time

The house was clean when we arrived and we enjoyed our stay. The pictures are a little different than what is there, but it was still fine. Would stay there again. Only slight hiccup was the toilet paper holder was off the wall when we got there and was never fixed during our stay. Didn't totally matter, but I was surprised they didn't want to fix it right away.

Nice location

The condo is in a great location, with access to food, drinks, beach, etc. We do wish there had been luggage carts. While late check in was easy, it'd be better if there was a keypad lock on the condo. 2 keys for our group was somewhat of a pain when we all wanted to do sometbing different...cant access the elevator without the fob. The bathmats could use a wash, otherwise the place was clean and met our needs. Would stay again!!!

Ideal location

The condo was gorgeous and I liked the location. Check I. Could be easier if it was in the building and packing and unpacking would be easier if carts were available for guest. We brought too many linens as it says it is heeded but there are blankets and pillows there just bring cases. Games and cards would be nice for rainy days. The indoor pool was freezing and so was the outdoor pool. Overall, it was outstanding and we would stay again. Kudos to the decorator!

Almost perfect!

Location... Outstanding Amenities... Outstanding Lodging... Outstanding Only small hiccups along the way. Towels & rug left in washer from assumed previous group staying in condo. Coffee maker was not working. Second to last day had a water leak from the master bathroom ceiling from a condo above ours (out of Vrbo control obviously). Outside of those things, this was a fantastic place to stay and we would love to come back!

Great Location in the Heart of OCMD

The condo is fantastic. Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom. The kitchen is large enough to cook a family meal and provided the needed cooking utensils/pots/pans. The balcony provides ample view of the beach and the bay. The check-in process is not as easy as other locations, as it requires going to the management companies office which is quite far from the condo and with a lot of people checkin-in at the same time, a wait may occur. Key-less check-in would be a better option, but I wouldn't let this deter me from staying again. Check-out also needed to happen at the management companies office, but a dropbox was onsite which made for easy check-out. Overall, I would recommend this location to anyone looking to stay on the boardwalk!

The location was great. The rooftop pool facing the ocean was amazing.

The location was Great. The rooftop pool facing the ocean was amazing. The cleaners could have done a better job. The inconvenience of only having 2 key fobs was difficult, we had a total of 8 people. I did get 1 more totaling 3, but it was still hard with coordinating coming and going, I would recommend a key code entry so people wouldn’t have to worry about coordinating with the other guests.

Great location but unit was not clean, dirty carpet, furniture, floors, no TV in master bedroom days

Central Reservations staff were great but the unit was dirty (found food wrappers bed the beds), carpet was filthy and the furniture was dirty even the washer and dryer was dirty we could not use) had old rugs in the dryer. We had no TV working in the bedrooms until Wednesday (we checked in Saturday). We stayed at South Beach before in an ocean front unit with two master bedrooms and loved the location for my elderly mom who is 85 but unit 505 was Very Dissappointing. Poor quality for the money. We had to try and deep and bought sheets, shower mats, and blankets from Walmart… was terrible

Enjoyable weekend

Enjoyed staying at this property over Memorial Day weekend. Walked in and glad that it smelled good - liked it was thoroughly cleaned. Looks close to pictures although some furniture showing wear and stains from previous guests. Drove midsized SUV because saw other reviews stating parking garage had a low ceiling. Would have liked to bring my family of 5 in a larger vehicle. But overall happy with this place and will consider it again.
