La Balena is the perfect family entertainer and pool side oasis, with breathtaking views over the glistening waters of Whale Beach just across the road. This newly renovated home boasts comfortable coastal vibes in exclusive Whale Beach. It is the perfect place for a weekend retreat, family holiday or just a little relaxation and rejuvenation.

Beautifully appointed, this stylish beach house has a coastal retreat feeling that puts you at ease from the moment you pull up in the drive. Featuring open plan dining, kitchen and living on the entry level, along with Master Bedroom complete with King Bed and ensuite, as well as 2 additional bedrooms with Queen Beds and a second bathroom. All bedrooms on this level have split system units, ensuring a comfortable sleeping temperature all year round.

Following the artistically designed wooden stairs up to the airconditioned loft style kids room, there are three single beds, giving older children their own space.

Downstairs off the main level, La Balena offers a TV/rumpus room for the kids complete with bean bags and A/C. Off this room is the laundry area, a third bathroom, and the 5th bedroom. The bunk room contains a tri-bunk along with standard bunk beds, and a basketball hoop behind the door. This lower level is designed as a teenagers retreat and an area designed specifically with the younger members of the family in mind.

Outside at the back of the property, guests are treated to a large outdoor entertaining area and full sized pool. The large pool deck is perfect for family fun and relaxing with friends. The covered cabana area hosts a newly installed woodfired pizza oven, off the side of the pool is a complete bar area with wine fridge and just beside it is a bathroom with shower off the deck for added convenience. Beyond the pool deck, there are leveled garden areas for even more outdoor enjoyment space.

La Balena has multiple indoor and outdoor living and entertaining areas all surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens. The BBQ is located on the platform deck between the driveway and front porch area and the front lawn is level and gated and a long driveway provides off-street parking for up to four cars.

The location is wonderful, the views out the front door are beautiful, and the house is so inviting, you will wonder how you will ever be able to make yourself leave La Balena when your holiday is done.

Please note that the holiday rental price includes accommodation for up to 8 guests. For each additional guest beyond 8, there is an extra charge of $55 per person for the duration of the stay
