Whether you are looking for a place to relax or you have an adventure-packed trip planned to Lake Lure and Chimney Rock, look no further than our 2 bedroom cabin, centrally located to both the lake and Chimney Rock. We have comfortable, clean beds that can sleep up to 4 with a king bed and a queen bed. We have plenty of outdoor living spaces to enjoy, so even in a cozy cabin, everyone will feel like they have space to breathe!

Porch Time cabin has an open living space with the living, kitchen, and dining areas with access to both the screened front porch and the sunny back porch. The master suite has a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and access to the porch as well. The queen bedroom has a beautiful view of the front porch perfect for your guests. There is a hallway bathroom with a full shower. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials and has enough room to prepare all your meals! The laundry room is available for guest use which is where you'll find the iron and life jackets.

The home is occupied only by guests. You'll have access to the entire home with exception of the garage.

We are available to guests through the messaging system or phone call. While we typically don't see our guests, we are happy to answer any questions or make recommendations to make it a great getaway!

The neighborhood is located conveniently between Lake Lure and Chimney Rock with access to hiking, the lake, golf, boating, and shopping. Guests of Porch Time have access to the Lake Lure Village Resort beach area. This includes a designated kayak for guests. Downtown Asheville and the Asheville airport are 45 minutes away.

While the resort neighborhood is walkable, a vehicle is required to get around.

• HOA requires guests staying in a neighborhood property to sign a release of liability form. The form will be sent to you a few days prior to your stay!
