Access to the lower level can be from inside the home, using the “attic-like” ladder stairs, or from the outside of the house.

There is also a fabulous boathouse rooftop deck which includes a fully furnished screened porch with mini fridge. Two (2) Kayaks & two (2) paddle boards, as well as a floating dock are provided for guests to use and enjoy.

THE LAKE WILL BE DRAWN DOWN BY 12 FEET FROM 1/1/25 – 3/15/25 TO ALLOW FOR DREDGING & CONSTRUCTION/MAINTENANCE ON BOATHOUSES, SEAWALLS, ETC. **NOTE: With there being 21 feet of water directly in front of the boathouse at this home, guests will still be able to fish from the dock.
