Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required and will be collected prior to your stay. Full details provided upon booking.
For long-term rentals, a California lease must be signed. Each rental includes utility caps for electricity, water, and gas, and the guest is responsible for any overages.
The signing of the lease agreement must occur within 21 days of booking, provided the check-in date is more than 30 days away. If the check-in date is less than 30 days from the booking date, the lease agreement must be signed within 5 days of booking.
*Work vehicles are not permitted to be parked inside the community. Oversized vehicles, vehicles with logos are not permitted in the community overnight.

Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care.
To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location. Upon arrival, you'll find a lockbox on the front gate, which contains a key specifically for your stay.

Getting Around:
For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Festival-goers will find these services to be affordable and convenient.

Other Things to Note:
You will be greeted by a service coordinator upon your arrival. Thereafter, we are available for any questions or suggestions on where to go and what to do by phone or text.
We encourage guests to text us or call during their stay if they need anything or have any questions.
Free high-speed wireless WiFi (+50Mbps) access is available throughout the house, extending into the back patio. Cable TV is available except at the 3rd bedroom. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM.
To get there, use Jefferson, which turns into PGA Blvd. Follow it all the way to the Palmer Security Gate and take a right to enter the gate. Provide your name and the property address to the security guard at the gate.
Please leave garbage cans in the garage as our team will come by to move them to the curb on Sunday evenings. They will use a garage door opener to access the garage only to not disturb you during your stay. Trash pickup is on Monday mornings around 6 AM. Our team will return on Monday afternoon to place them back into the garage. Please do not place any trash bins or trash bags on the curb; otherwise, the association will fine us. If you have time, please strip any beds that you use and leave the bedding in the laundry baskets in each bedroom. If you have time to start one load of laundry, that's great. If not, no worries.
Any guests not on the lease at the home are subject to a $200 fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people who will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access.
The golf course is private property. If you are not a paid golfer, please stay off the course. The HOA views unauthorized golf course access as trespassing.
The gas grill uses propane gas for your enjoyment. Please make sure to turn them off when not in use.
