BY THE MONTH ONLY -FOR JAN, FEB, MARCH. Short walk to the beach and Stump Pass State Park. . Bike or walk the 3/4 mile or call the free golf cart service to several restaurants and bars, live music nearly every night! Two bedrooms -one king and one queen. Two remodeled bathrooms (one en suite) both with showers. Comfortable den with large flatscreen TV. Dining area. Remodeled kitchen with high end appliances. Lanai with comfortable seating. Landscaped yard with front and back patios. Outdoor shower. One car carport. We have a fold out sofa and a twin airbed that are suited for a child. We will consider your small dog(s) with a non refundable pet fee. Jan., Feb. March only booked by the month (EX-Feb 1-28).

Exactly what we needed!

Very nice location - close to the beach, walking trail at Stump Pass, restaurants, water activity rentals. Publix is a a very quick drive. If you have a dog - 20 min by car to Venice's dog beach (that was excellent). Property was clean and stacked with what we needed.

All to short of a stay.

This is a real gem of a vacation cottage on Manasota Key. A short walk to the beach, or a short bike ride (they were provided) to local restaurants.

Perfect beach getaway

Absolutely wonderful, great location! Home has been beautifully remodeled retaining the charm of the neighborhood. Everything you need is there. Quick walk to the beach and the state park. Will stay there again!

Wonderful beach cottage!

Great place to relax and enjoy! Terrific hosts have thought of most everything you need to feel comfortable! As close to home you can get. Short walk to beach and close by to restaurant and shops.

Becoming an annual tradition

This is the second time we have stayed at this cottage and are planning another trip next year. It is just a super property for our family of four. Close to everything including the beach and walking trails. It has all of the amenities of home.

Loved Our Stay!

Absolutely perfect! There are several beaches to choose from, but the closest one was less than 5 minutes away. Convienient to everything - shops, grocery stores and resturants. The house is beautifully decorated and updated; I wanted to take the kitchen home with me! :-)) Also has everything you need and more. Sharon was a pleasure to work with and answered all my questions promptly. We would definitely recommend staying here! Manasota Key is a hidden gem!

Perfect vacation house!!!

Best vacation ever! This home exceeded every expectation. Even prettier than the pictures. loved the high end modern kitchen. looked like a home Chip and Joanna would have done! It was conveniently located to everything. you can hop on the beach bike and easy ride to cute bistros and shops. 5 min walk to the beach and breathtakingly beautiful state park right there on the tip of Mannasota Key. We kayaked Lemon Bay and inlets...nature at its finest! also tons of fossils and beautiful shells everywhere! just a magical place!

Fun getaway

The cottage is beautiful and tastefully furnished. Having bikes was a plus cause it's easy to bike in that area. Of course it would be nice to be closer to the ocean or a pool available but that's why the price is right!

Nice quiet home near sites

This very tastefully, clean home was perfect for our family of four to base while visiting relatives near the beach. This was very nicely remodeled with all of the amenities we needed for a week. We used the bikes and beach items each day and were close to everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.

We sold our last beach house in the Panhandle because it was cold in the winter and crowded all year long. Moved to Manasota Key because of the beautiful quiet beach and surrounding area, amazing sunsets, proximity to Stump Pass State Park and a bunch of restaurants. We live here for weeks at a time without ever getting in the car except to go to the grocery store.
