Everything was perfect. One thing that separated this property from the rest was all the amenities. They had beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagons, and all the beach toys for the kids on site and able to be used. The kids had a blast. We will definitely be returning.

Great stay!

Property was exactly as listed and their added amenities such as wagons, beach items, paddle boards/kayaks, bikes and so on made everything very convenient. Home is close to restaurants and stores. Beach is very quiet and peaceful.

Cleanest place we have ever rented!!!!

Great location and amenities

Such a great location with a short walk to the Gulf and state park. We loved having the kayaks and l the very thoughtful amenities that were included in our stay! You thought of everything! Would definitely come back and stay again!

Summer Getaway

Great location with a neighborhood feel. The area is very relaxing and not too busy. Enjoyed many local eateries (Texas Best Barbecue was AMAZING) and attractions. Stump Pass Beach was amazing and never crowded. If you’re looking to stay in this area I would definitely recommend this rental.

Wonderful Stay

The condo was really nice and clean and the neighborhood was peaceful. The State Park was just a quick walk away and the local grocery was just a 5 minute drive. They had all the "Toys" you need to spend a day at the beach. I would definitely recommend this to friends

Great location and amenities (especially the bikes, kayaks and beach gear). Lodging comfort was good but could be improved by providing privacy blinds or curtains on the windows and central air or a better window a/c. We hope to return!

Clean, well stocked from kitchen items to beach essentials.! Only, confusing thing was trying to locate kayak access. Everyone friendly in are. Easy transportation to town - had transportation pick up in front of property

Wish mirrors were in bedrooms. Sheet does not fit mattress correctly. Loved staying there and would come again.

Beach stay

It was clean and offered a lot of amenities from kayaks and bicycles to beach chairs, toys and wagons to take it with. It was to small for the 6 people it said it could accommodate and not on the beach like it stayed. Overall was nice and would’ve been better suited for 4 people.

Everything we wanted to do was either there or close by.

Very clean and inviting. Loved how there was privacy for all the units. Great idea of having a shell cleaning station. Took advantage of the outdoor shower. The ‘Toy Box’ room had everything anyone would need for the beach.

So many things to do

Our family stayed for 3 nights and never ran out of things to do. The kids walked to the beach 3-5 times each day and we had endless fun. I thought the kayak cart was going to be difficult to pull two kayaks, but once we found out how to properly balance the weight of the kayaks on top of the axles it was very easy to maneuver and we gladly went to the kayak launch multiple times. Plenty of amenities offered and looking to go back again next year.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The owner was easy to contact and extremely helpful! We stayed in suite one and it was perfect for my family! Very clean! They provided all beach accessories and water toys!! We used the kayaks in stump pass which was a short distance from the house! Super convenient! Chairs, umbrellas, life jackets... they have it all! Such a beautiful place to make memories! Will hopefully return in the future!

After exploring Florida's Gulf coast for the perfect slice of paradise we kept coming back to the little unknown island called Manasota Key. The perfect mix of peace and quite, nature, and some fun Key West style restaurants just up the road. Anything else you need or want is just off island. What a breath of fresh salt air.
