1st night toilet and shower didn’t work. Had 930 dinner reservation and didn’t make them because plumber didn’t come till 11pm.. on New Year’s Eve .. also the door bathroom didn’t work.. and the lock to get in didn’t work very well.. other than that the place was great. Very clean. Beds comfortable . Great location !

Peaceful retreat in an exciting destination

By day: Watersports, excellent range of dining options, good grocery stores and a range of shopping from outlets to upscale high-end brands. By night: absolute peace and comfort.

Excellent Vacation Stay!

We stayed with one adult and two kids. The house was well styled and acquipped. We had a wonderful time, and would definitely rent again!

Nicely refurbished - good location

We enjoyed our stay. The Northwood village has many nice new shops and restaurants. It is an up and coming area of WPB. The house was comfortable although the yard could use some work

Wonderful!

We stayed at this charming Art Deco bungalow in West Palm Beach for three weeks. The interior is all new with all the modern conveniences. The owner couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. The house was spotless and easy to maintain. There was east access to Palm Beach and Jupiter. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful experience

The owner of the property couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. He got in touch with us to see if all was well, and helped us with the television system (we were unfamiliar with Roku and Sling). This art deco bungalow has been completely updated with a spanking new kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms and all the mod cons. The location is convenient for visiting friends in Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens. The street was quiet and we felt very safe. I give this a five star rating and would return in a minute. Barbara H. Lovely home

My Family and I we love the house is a-good neighborhood we drove from Texas to Florida. We got to the house very easy, house was very clean we didn’t have any issues everything was perfect ❤️!

Nice and confortable house, very poor communication with manager

We are a family of 4 and we stayed for almost 2 weeks. The house is as you see in the pictures. It has very nice style, it's confortable and well planned for travelers. The garden needs work and some garden furniture. The location was great for us and the neighbourhood is very nice. Unfortunately, during our stay the bathroom door was not working properly. We got stuck inside and to avoid that, we needed to leave it open. The manager (Hospitality Angel) didn't replay emails until a couple of messages left by phone. He never send a person to fix it although he said he will contact the owner to address the problem. We also asked about recycling because there were not recycling bins or instructions for that but we never got an answer. A roller shade got stuck, but again, no answer. By the second week we got a Notice of Violation attached to the door from the city of West Palm Beach because the house didn't have rental authorization. We were very concern about our situation and wrote again to the hospitality angel manager who replied "I'm sorry, I'm just looking at it" and never replied back. It's obvios the owner put a lot of effort to make a nice rental house and that's why it's a pity it was managed so poor during our stay.

Nice little getaway

We loved staying at the beautiful little house. It is newly renovated and has a European vibe to it. We love coffee and were excited to have the Nespresso machine. The location is central and everything can be reached in a matter of 10 minutes. We would love to stay there again on our next trip to Palm Beach.

Family road trip

This house was perfection- open living area made it easy to relax with everyone. Very clean and neat- bedrooms were a good size with plenty of space and comfortable beds. (Living room couches fold down and are very comfortable too) A few restaurants were within walking distance which was nice! Kitchen was well stocked with the necessities for cooking, blending and coffee making . Washer and dryer worked well, plenty of towels provided . Overall it was a perfect set up for a family of 5, we never felt crowded or on top of each other!

Great location, thoughtfully appointed

This house was so perfect we extended our stay! The historic neighborhood features independent shops and restaurants within walking distance and there's a larger commercial area a short drive away so taking care of practicalities doesn't cut into your vacation time. Tennis courts are within walking distance and the beach is only a few miles drive. The house itself is thoughtfully appointed and free of clutter with top notch appliances that are easy to use. If something comes up, management is prompt and accommodating. We spent our days outdoors in the sunshine, cooked great meals at home when we didn't feel like going out, and took long walks in the evenings to admire the historic residential architecture. You can't go wrong booking this house for your vacation!
