Merci d’avoir partagé votre expérience. Je suis vraiment désolé pour les désagréments que vous avez rencontrés pendant votre séjour. Je voulais vous informer que le problème a été résolu dès le lendemain. Il s’est avéré que le puits n’était pas à sec, mais que le tuyau reliant à la maison était bloqué, empêchant l’eau de circuler correctement. Le problème a été corrigé par un professionnel, ce qui assure qu’il ne se reproduira plus.
