Ocean Beach D1 is a quaint, beachfront condominium. This one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo has a furnished balcony overlooking the famous Ocean City Boardwalk and the breathtaking Atlantic. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a few days! Ocean Beach D1 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals.

The quaint living room is furnished with a futon sofa and a flat-screen television. The glass-paneled door and windows allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off of the living room is the fully-stocked kitchen with a granite counter top and breakfast bar, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The bedroom has a queen-size bed. The full bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to four people, so it's perfect for a romantic getaway or a small family!

Ocean Beach D1 has the following amenities: two air conditioning units, one parking space, two TVs, free WiFi, cable TV, ceiling fans, coin-operated laundry room, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, disposal and an outdoor foot shower.

This property does not allow pets or smoking. Shoreline Properties rents to families and responsible individuals over the age of 25.

Oc vacation

Place smelled musky. Very small, looked much larger in the photo. Outside shower had rusty pipes. Other than that it was just ok.

Right on boardwalk

We have been to Ocean City several times over the years and always wanted to stay right on the boardwalk. We stayed with our toddler which was very convenient to have a bathroom, nap spot, and kitchen just steps from the beach. Met all our needs and the lifeguard chairs on the deck really are great and allow you to see the ocean perfectly with a morning cup of coffee.

Great view, but a bit small.

Loved the view. Was a lot smaller with nothing but 3 shelves to put clothes on which made it a bit tight for 4 adults.

Cozy Location Just Perfect for a Couple to Enjoy the Boardwalk

My husband and I stayed at this condo in mid-August. The place itself was super cute and just the right size for two. It was within short walking distances to almost everything! We were a few blocks from mini-golf, a few blocks from amazing restaurants (Guido's on 33rd and Blu Crabhouse and Raw Bar are musts to visit). When we arrived to our condo on Monday our car didn't leave until our trip was over. Overall, great little place at the most perfect location. Oh, one thing...The two tall chairs on the front deck were used more than anything, perfect views of the beach and waves. We loved it!

Needs updating

Location was great, but property needs many updates. Bedroom ceiling looked as though there could be water damage. Front door is warped. Dishes were not clean and needed washing before use. Floors were dirty, needs a good scrub and the entire property could a facelift. It was tolerable, but the best thing was the location to the beach and we would choose to stay somewhere else next time.

Great Location. No issues with parking. Wish the outside shower was in the front of the building.

Very good. I would stay here again. 3 adults or less is perfect for this place. Anymore would be a tight fit.

Perfect

I was looking for a small condo at the beach for a quick getaway and this was perfect. It's located on the 1st floor with easy access. The porch looks out onto the beach and they have extra tall chairs so you can see the surf over the retaining wall. Far enough down the boardwalk to be away from the heaviest of foot traffic but still close enough to many good restaurants and pubs to walk to. Only complaint is I wish they had cable TV rather than internet streaming only.

Great Condo!

This is a cute little condo on the boardwalk - everything you need for vacation. Full kitchen, and a good size bathroom. The location is great, beautiful views from the covered porch. Easy access to the beach. Overall great stay, I would definitely recommend, and if we plan to go to OC again in the future, I would not hesitate to re-rent this unit.
