“Bear Puddin’” is now available for the 2026 – 27 winter ski season and is being offered for 4 month season rental for $15,000 or a 6 month season rental for $16,000 (dates are flexible). Contact us for details.

Located in the heart of North Conway, this beautiful tri-level condo includes 3+ bedrooms, 3.5 baths and sleeping for up to 10 people making this a great property to rent for yourself or to share with family and friends - the perfect home away from home!

Some highlights of this property include the spacious kitchen with ample light and charming breakfast nook, dining area that includes all the amenities you might need to host a special meal, living room with warm gas fireplace and beautiful view of Cranmore Mountain, generously sized bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms and convenient half bath and bonus family room with gas fireplace, and more stunning views of Cranmore Mountain, bonus sleeping area/game room with twin bunk bed and game tables.

Just a short drive from downtown North Conway and minutes from area ski resorts like Cranmore, Attitash and Wildcat Mountain. Make memories this winter that will last a lifetime!

Main Level – Kitchen with breakfast nook and SmartTV, open concept dining and living area with SmartTV, and mudroom.
Second Level – Master bedroom with king size bed and office area, full bath with separate shower, bedroom with 2 double/full size beds and full bath.
Lower Level – Family room with gas fireplace, SmartTV, amply supplied game closet, and convenient microwave and mini-fridge , half bath, bedroom with 2 double/full size beds, full bath and convenient laundry area.
Finished Basement – Bonus sleeping area and game room with twin size bunk bed, foosball, air hockey table, full size sleeper sofa and a SmartTV.

Amenities include: Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, gas fireplace (2), internet/wifi, SmartTVs, etc. This property is very well equipped to ensure guests have a comfortable, enjoyable stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This seasonal rental home is outstanding. Close to North Conway shops, restaurants, grocers and all Conway has to offer. Quiet community in beautiful setting with hiking and skiing close by. View of ski mountain and lovely grounds. Well stocked kitchen, with all amenities. Very clean and response from owners was immediate. 3 bedrooms each with attached bathrooms very convenient. Additional 1/2 bath and bunk beds downstairs, a great addition. 2 living rooms with tvs! Great for our visiting family from babies to older adults. Outfitted with everything we needed for all of us including booster seats, pack and play, games, books, and toys for all ages. Plenty of storage and great entryway for boots, coats, etc. The owners have thought of everything..... This was the best accommodations we have found in the Valley for our family. Owners added so many nice touches to welcome us into their home. Highly recommend this vacation home.
