Great place in a great location

We’ve stayed in this exact unit two years in a row and love it! Great amount of space and comfy beds. I love the option to do laundry and make a few meals. The location is perfect with restaurants and the Publix nearby. The pools are great too!

Excellent location and host

The location and surrounding area is a great place to base your Florida vacation. The unit was clean, mostly well equipped and easy to access. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Sempre que viajamos para Orlando ficamos no Vista Cay. Dessa vez escolhemos o apartamento no The Reserve - Vista Cay e adoramos a estadia. O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos, tem tudo que precisamos e é em uma região bem silenciosa. A proprietária responde super rápido e sempre gentil.

Lacking Stuff/Comfort

Might be the most uncomfortable couch I’ve ever sat on. Had a washing machine with no detergent or pods. Which we had to buy to use it.

It was fine

The pool was amazing.. nice large resort pool with bar. What they call the large pool is closed, but this new one is nice. When I asked about large pool, they told me it was listed as closed in the rules section I signed off on before arrival. The location is not great… not particularly close to universal or Disney. Close to Publix and Chipotle so that was good. The condo was clean but rather small and very uncomfortable furniture. No bowls in kitchen big enough for kids to have cereal. A couple of days before checkin you receive the rules… and there are a lot that you sign off. All rentals have big trash rules … that I get. The no AC below 70 was the big annoying one. The bedroom was so hot at night… 3 or 4 degrees warmer than the 70 near the thermostat. They state if the unit freezes up from having thermostat below 70, you will be charged for it. Overall, the place was fine I guess, but I would not stay again

Great location great condo

Very clean, very spacious. Close to a Publix and several great restaurants. Short drive to Disney and universal. Will be booking here again for our next trip.

Great condo. Open concept. Perfect location for all our needs. Beds were comfortable. Unit was clean. Supermarket within walking distance. Close to the convention center as well. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean condo; great location

Rented for a volleyball tournament at the Orange County Convention Center. The location was perfect. The condo was clean; check-in process was very easy. The host was easy to reach with questions prior to check-in.

Great place

The condo was clean and is very spacious. Host is wonderful and always available if needed. Would highly recommend! I wish the new pool was complete, but hopefully next time.

great stay

Our stay here was pleasant. We were visiting both Disney and Universal and wanted to have something a bit more homely vs their hotel styles. This place had a small kitchen and enough room for us (4). Universal was 10-15 mins away while Disney was 20-25 mins away (the airport was 10 mins away). This specific condo was pretty noisy since it was closer to the main road. I am a very light sleeper, so that was not great so just a heads up. Some suggestions for the owner: Get better shower heads. The shower had great pressure but those cheapo shower heads are not good. A good rain shower head would have been so awesome here. Get better kitchenware. The cups and mugs looked like a toy set. I know having to replace these would probably be a pain, but we have stayed at other places where all the kitchen items were awesome. I ended up having to buy a coffee mug down the street just to enjoy a decent coffee in the morning. Add more trash cans. I think this is big enough place to easily add another big trash can or two. Good luck!

Property was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Location to pools shopping and eating was great. We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend this property.

Fantastic Place

My wife and I rented this amazing place for nine weeks. It was a beautiful experience with the web page and the owner of the place to setup and correspond to the people in charge. After one week our daughter with family (4) arrived and stayed for four days. We all had plenty of room and enjoyed every moment with them. To our surprise the Publix and shopping area within walking distance was a real plus in renting this condo. All I can say, thank you and I would defiantly rent this condo again

Short getaway

Great location when visiting Universal and Disney parks. The communications with the management group was fantastic. Very quick to respond via calls, text, and email. Would definitely recommend staying at this facility.
