Annie's Smoky View | Hot Tub + Game Room & Mountain Views!

Annie's Smoky View

The cabin was perfect. Great location with just 5 minutes to go in town. A beautiful view off of the top balcony. Hot tub was a great idea to wind down the stay on the last night.

It was a great stay for the price! The only issues we had was the water pressure wasn’t great and the sinks & shower drains were clogged and didn’t drain for a while and a few spiders in our beds. Other that that the stay was nice! Everything else seemed pretty clean! It had a great view. The cabin was cozy to stay in when we wanted to relax! Would probably stay again!

Thank you for sharing your experience and for the kind words about the cabin, view, and overall stay. We’re sorry to hear about the low water pressure and will look into that. We also regret the slow-draining sinks and shower and will have them checked. The spiders in the beds are concerning, and we will review our pest control and cleaning procedures. We appreciate your feedback and are glad you would consider staying again.

We had a great stay. Definitely be smart with bear encounters. We had 3 during our stay. Keep food out of the car and keep it locked. When grilling have a buddy and be loud. Thunderstorm didn’t bring us down. Sitting on the screened in porch, playing trivia and enjoying each other was great. The whirlpool tub really helped our muscles after a day of hiking in smoky mountains. Shower downstairs wasn’t the best but shower upstairs was awesome. Received check-ins from hosts as well.

Thank you for sharing such thoughtful feedback about your stay. We’re glad you enjoyed the porch, whirlpool tub, and overall experience, and that the storms didn’t affect your time together. We appreciate your notes about bear safety and the showers, and we’ll review the downstairs shower to see where we can improve. It’s also nice to know the host check-ins were helpful during your visit.

The cabin was adorable, and well stocked with kitchen items, linens and even little packages of soaps and things. Our kids played pool every chance they got!We had a couple hiccups while there, which is why we didn’t give it 5 stars. The screened in porch wasn’t fully secured so we had lots of insects and things on the porch - it was a little harder to enjoy knowing that. Also, we had just 2 nights (out of 5) with the hot tub due to maintenance issues, which was unfortunate as the hot tub was a major point in our decision. Maintenance acted quickly to solve the issues, but still impacted our enjoyment.
