This luxurious 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Direct Beach Front unit is located just across from John's Pass Village and Boardwalk. Views of John's Pass and the Gulf of Mexico.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

You wont be disappointed when you walk in the door of this up scale unit. Updated throughout with tile flooring, new baths and modern kitchen. In unit washer and dryer for your convenience. This 1350 square foot unit easily and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. King in Master Bedroom, Two Queens size beds in second bedroom and another Queen size bed in the third bedroom.

Saturday to Saturday Bookings only. This unit requires a $300 refundable damage deposit. This unit offers 2 assigned parking spaces. There is no additional parking at Beach Place.

Upgraded flooring, furniture, appliances, 42' wall hung plasma TV's, new mattresses, and new hurricane proof windows and doors that keep it cool and quiet inside while still affording great views of the outside. Cable TV and free highspeed wifi internet so you can "work from home" if you need to. Onsite 7 day a week management to assist with anything you might need.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copying and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.| Grab your beach towels and umbrella as the beautiful southern Madeira Beach and heated swimming pool is right outside your front door. Enjoy the BBQ facilities which are located here as well. Of course, John's Pass Village is right across the street. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world. Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Wonderful time

We found this place a couple of years ago and love it. It’s perfect for us. Room is great, the beach is wonderful. Shopping across the street with some great food. You don’t need a car if you don’t want to all you need is within walking distance.

It was just ok.

In all fairness to the property owners , I feel that when reviewing a stay , I have to include the management company and the building amenities. My rating for the condo would be a 4/5. The rating for everything else would be a 2/5 - averaging a 3/5. The condo itself is very well kept and nicely stocked with the essential kitchen ware. It was described as luxurious - which I think is a stretch. There are parts that are dated like the master bed and the showers. The location is great as it is across from John’s Pass but that also means it is very busy and noisy. As for the management company , I think they failed miserably. There are lists everywhere with rules for the building area and the pool. We saw at least half of them being broken over the week we were there, with zero enforcement. We even sent a written complaint about the group of women around the pool blaring the music. Not the relaxing vacation we wanted from busy work schedules. Our parking spot was taken three times, people had towels hanging from their balconies. Lots of stuff being stored in the hallways. Lots of saving of chairs and tables all day and not using them. Kids yelling from their balconies to the people around the pool. I know this has a lot to do with the types of visitors that were there and their disregard for others , but if you’re going to set rules at least enforce them. Overall it was ok but on our next visit we’ll head down the beach a ways where it’s quieter. PS the elevator is slow !!

The furniture and kitchen appliances have been replaced since our last visit. The dryer not in working condition and a new light needed in dining area put a damper on some of our regular vacation games and puzzles. This condo is one of the best locations on Madeira Beach and we do love the location. Thank you

Just a few small issues, we got tons of little bites while sleeping, not sure what those were from. The floors and toilets could have been cleaner, the bottoms of our feet were dirty from day 1 and the toilet had black underneath the rim. Other than that the stay was great! We booked this condo for next year. Hope this review helps to help with the cleanliness and bugs.

The furnishings and contents are updated plenty, i.e. there are more than enough pots, pans, dishes, silverware, utensils, etc. The overall facilities are very nice, clean and well maintained. The only complaint I can come up with is the elevator is slow. The close proximity to the many shops, restaurants and entertainment affords you the ability to walk most places, no rental car required. #306 is well worth the price and is our favorite condo in the building.

Clean, comfortable, views are amazing, and we don't have to pack a lot of clothes because of the w/d in the unit. It can get noisy with the bridge and the parking lot, but we actually enjoy watching the activity, especially my 87-y-o mother. We travel frequently during the year, but this is by far our favorite spot!

Balcony furniture was perfect and comfortable. A little noisy from the kids in the pool and the public parking lot at times. On Friday and Saturday nights their were teenagers congregating in the public parking lot revving their truck engines and playing loud music. We heard that someone called the police and eventually the police came and cleared them out but that was almost 11:00 at night. very disturbing when sitting out on balcony in the evening. The elevator is very slow also. Outside of that, it was very peaceful.

Perfect Location. Easy access to everything.

This unit is very nicely decorated and has everything you would need on your stay. The appliances are all brand new and the kitchen is very well appointed. We had no issues cooking nice meals every day. There is even a Margarita machine! There are plenty of beach towels and chairs also so you really shouldn't have to pack much aside from sunscreen! The location is excellent as you are right across the street from all of the shops and restaurants of Johns Pass. We also loved watching the bridge go up and down for all of the sailboats and charters. There were dolphins out swimming everyday which was fun to watch. You can also fish in the inlet which is basically right outside your door. There's a Marina right at the bridge also. Location wise you are within a few miles of several grocery stores and any kind of shop or restaurant you can imagine. We also visited family in Tampa several times since it's only about a 30 min ride. You are also only about 9 miles from Downtown St. Pete which has the pier and the Dali museum (highly recommended).The only downside to the unit is that it is right next to a public access for the beach. The crowds for the beach are not bad at all, it's just that the local kids seem to hang out there on weekend nights. They would hang out and rev the engines on their jacked up trucks and play loud music until the Sherrif showed up. Then they would eventually migrate back. We ended up just shutting the windows and doors to block the noise. If you want to observe Florida Man in his natural habitat then this is a good vantage point to do so.All in all, this is an excellent location to stay at the beach. They just need to hire security to keep the riff raff out of the parking lot next door.

The bullet chopper was broke.There were lots of beach and pool stuff in the closet. Big washer and dryer, beach towels, step stool, playpen, beach chairs, board games, lots of blankets, pillows, we really did not need to take anything but clothes.Would love to stay here again but hope the ants are gone.
