My friends and I really enjoyed our stay and how convenient it was to walk to Johns’s Pass where we spent our evenings relaxing with drinks and listening to live music!

Madeira Bay Resort - Marina View

We ended up having a nice stay but had some issues with the condo. First - when you walk in there were a lot of marks on the walls. A quick coat of touch up would go far. Second, the lack of wall coverings. Just a quick stop at your local Marshalls or Home Goods would do wonders. Third, at first glance it looked quite clean, but once you pull back the covers, I found a hair in the bed, the bunk beds only had a bottom sheet and we had to remake the bed and getting up early, I found a cockroach on the counter. Fourth, The Living Room sofa and chairs weren't that comfortable and should probably be updated. And if you want to cook there, the pots and pans could use an up date and the silverware could be of better quality. ON a good note, The view was fantastic - quiet while sitting on the deck. If we were on the Gulf side, it would have been much louder. The location to the Gulf was perfect. A very short walk to the beach to see beautiful sunsets. Paul in the management office was very nice and allowed us to have two parking spots, which was helpful once our son arrived. Overall, the place was nice, just needs some TLC and updating.

Inaccurate description

We stayed in a new building; which was great for cleanliness. However, they apparently didn’t take the time to make the listing accurate compared to the older building. So it states there is a king bed in the master and a queen in the 2nd room - there was no queen, it was twin sized bunk beds. And the mattress didn’t even fit the bed. Mattresses, blankets and pillows were pretty comfy. Shower heads had very little water pressure, which was difficult when you come back sandy from the beach. I was impressed with everything that was available in the condo - cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, all basic kitchen supplies. Make sure to bring your own toiletries and be prepared for a loonggg trek to take our your trash - unlike the listed trash chute. Make a reservation for meals if possible, everywhere is super packed and doesn’t answer phone for to go orders. The service at the Mad beach next door was horrendous, but food was yummy.

Nice location

Located in a great area, kids enjoyed the pool, across the street from the beach access. Beds were nice and views pretty from balcony. The kitchen is lacking cooking utensils. And the condo is need of a deep clean and repainting terribly so. But overall it was a nice stay.

No Fuss Girls Getaway

Everything about this booking was no fuss. The communication was clear, the directions and assistance from TRS were excellent. We enjoyed the convenience of the location. Just a short walk to Madeira Beach and John’s Pass. The condo had some beach chairs and a blanket that we used every day. The condo was clean, and we really enjoyed the balcony with the marina view. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location

Right across the street from the beach and John’s Pass. Pool was a little small but beach very close by. Kids walked to John’s Pass everyday/night.

This was our first time taking the family to Madeira Beach for a family Spring Break after we froze in PCB last March. This area was family and pet friendly, great walking distance to all the shopping, dining, and beach. We had 2 cars so we had to buy a visitor pass from the city for our second car which was ridiculous because there were always free spaces in the garage. Unit small and minimal kitchen supplies, but restaurants were so good I was glad not to cook. View of the marina was spectacular. Sunrises on the patio and Sunsets on the beach! The second bedroom isn’t really a bedroom as it doesn’t have a closet. The cleaning staff in the hallways was the best I have every witnessed at any hotel/condo, working hard to keep the place sand free and smelling fresh ALL DAY! The housekeeping staff was also thorough and friendly. The gym needs improvements. No hand sanitizer or towels to wipe down machines. The view from the bike made up for it! We will be back for sure!
