** The resort allows a maximum of six (6) vehicles per reservation. Boats, RVs, Campers, and Limos are not permitted in the community.


** Pool heat is an optional amenity that is offered during the cooler months (typically October through March). Please enquire with our team regarding pricing and availability.


***While this home is pet-friendly, not all pets are accepted. There is a MAXIMUM of 2 pets, no exceptions. Every pet requires:


• PET FEE: $150 per pet, per 28 nights. This fee is not refundable and is not included in your trip total at the time of booking.


• Refundable SECURITY DEPOSIT: $500 per pet. This fee is refundable based on the condition of the home after checkout and is not included in your trip total at the time of booking.


• A completed screening with Pet Profile (link will be shared after booking)

Great place for a relaxing vacation!

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay at Wexford Way! The house was exactly as described. We loved that it was just a short walk The Oasis Club which has a great bar! We also loved that it is pet friendly so we could bring our pup! We will definitely be back!

Disney Family Vacation

Our family of 14 stayed here for the week for our Disney Vacation! This home was beautiful, very spacious, and very clean! We loved the area and the neighborhood too- it wasn’t too far from the Disney parks at all! I would definitely recommend this home and hope to come back and stay there again in the future!

the perfect rental

this was our second stay in Champions Gate. we loved this rental so much more!! large lanai with sun most of the day, perfect house lay out with comfortable beds and great furniture to relax in. Kitchen was fully stocked and easy to cook meals. We already booked this house for 8 weeks next year!! kudos to owner and property manager for a fantastic stay.

Great for family holiday

We rented this home for the Thanksgiving holiday. It was perfect for our extended family of nine adults. The home is very spacious. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of cookware and small appliances. The only downside to this rental, which is no fault of the owner, is that the homes are close together and when the neighbors are out at night in the lanai partying loudly, you can hear it in the house.

The house is very beautiful and spacious we had 11 people here and everyone had their privacy. The pots and pans are plentiful and useful and there was plenty of utensils We haven’t been able to use the lazy river yet as we have been under the weather but we are looking forward to that

Great family vacation

The house worked out great for our 4 generation family vacation. Had had bedroom suite on ground floor for 80 year old grandma.. The kids loved the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare family meals. The Oasis Club was so much fun for the entire group and it was located just around the block. Check in and out was easy. We had to wait about an hour for cleaning lady to finish when we arrived, but it was worth it because the home was sparkling clean. We will definitely return for our next trip to Orlando.

Beautiful home excellent stay

The house was very spacious and could accommodate all 10 adults comfortably. The house was very clean upon arrival and checkin was very easy. There is a bedroom downstairs and three bedrooms have a private bath. Having the heated pool was great and we spent a good bit of time lounging there. Did most of our meals at the house and had everything we needed readily available. Getting to all the Disney properties was easy. Grocery stores and restaurants conveniently located. Being able to use the Oasis and Retreat Clubs an added bonus. Will definitely be returning.

Wonderful Vacation Home

This was almost the perfect home! Great, clean ,spacious house! Pool was heated when we arrived. Damaged pool skimmer was replaced during our stay. Barbeque we rented was less than stellar. Just a couple of suggestions.Provide salt and pepper. Leave a couple of shelves in the pantry empty, so that there is room for groceries and supplies.

I want a grill

No grill, but when asked about it, the owner said it was removed due to damage, but they would be glad to rent one to me. What?!?! We vacuumed stairs and upstairs when we got here, didn't appear that it had been done. . Pool heat not sufficient. No linens for Murphy bed. Plenty of space for our family. Everything we could want in kitchen appliances. All in all a pleasant experience.

Upon arrival the pool was completely green, the master bedrooms sheets had not been changed (there was hair and a pack of gum under the pillow) and it smelled of weed and urine. The beds are very hard and the bedding was old and stained. The upstairs couch was stained, so i covered it with sheets. I notified management and they came to add chlorine. Advised the the chlorinator was broken. The pool stayed cloudy and uncleaned for our entire stay. Green slimy algae. We skimmed out a bandaid, clumps of hair and stickers. The resort itself is nice. Not a lot of privacy, if we had been able to use the pool. I paid the 150 pet deposit but we found a sitter so didnt bring her, they said it smelled like dog and sent a picture of poop. Upon leaving my son couldn't find his watch, although it was inside the house. The cleaners had arrived so we gave them a description. The next day the watch pinged from a cellular store where someone tried to have it reset. Fast forward 5 days. My credit card was charged by the host fraudulently and without explanation or notification. Management became very rude and vindictive when i rightfully complained. I would not recommend dealing with this company. The home could have been nice. I can look past some things. But an unusable pool with 2 kids is upsetting. Unauthorized use of my card is upsetting. Spending hours upon hours sending emails, taking pictures and fighting back and forth made the entire vacation and aftermath a complete nightmare

Pool on different days. It never got better despite chlorine being added.

Place looked like the pictures. Looked like the property wasn’t cleaned after the last guests. Carpets were not vacuumed, there were visible pet hair on the floor. Beds were made though, and sheets seemed to be cleaned. The last 2 nights our heater was making loud banging sounds that we could not ignore. Notified property manager and someone was sent out to check on it on our last night. So we ended up not being able to use the heater the last 2 days of our stay. Other than that, the property served its purpose to house our family for the holidays and we liked that there were close restaurants and shops near by.

The house itself is great minus the very bad carpet and stains. You certainly wouldn’t wanT to walk on in without slippers. The house and kitchen is very well equipped with a gorgeous clean pool, nice furniture and great bedrooms/showers. The issues we had were with the door lock not working. We arrive at night on a weekend and couldn’t get in. Nor was there anyone to call. We didn’t hear back until 36 hours. Luckily the patio door was unlocked and we got in. The HOA was ridiculously strict. We had a trailer with a motorcycle in it, yet we weren’t even allowed in for 2 mins to drop it off. Huge ordeal. We also got our hand slapped by having a bbq by the front door way (brand new, just bought it as the house doesn’t have one). We were told to remove it asap as it was an eye sore. The pass going in and out of the gate never ever worked. The line ups going in and out of championsgate was sooooo long. Clubhouse was very nice but very expensive. Bottle of water was 5 usd plus tip. Lol. Drinks were 20 usd. It’s really too bad as the house was good. But we’d never return. The streets were loaded with cars blocking the sidewalks everywhere.

Lack of Communication

The property was not as it was described in the listing. The worst were the lapses in communication with the management. They provide you with various phone numbers to call when you have issues but they never return your calls. The AC unit was not working when I arrived, and the management team failed to communicate this to me prior to my arrival. When I arrived and called all the phone numbers I was provided, I received no call back. I emailed and specifically asked to call me back. The management response was that I purchase fans and they would reimburse me. It was 92 degrees in the house. The property manager did provide alternative accommodations via email but this was several hours later and I had a medical situation that required I have a place to take a treatment. We had to book hotel rooms for ourselves due to the management team refusing to call me and instead sent me an email several hours later, indicating that they had found an alternate accommodation. These lapses in communication continued throughout our stay and as a result, I would recommend you think twice before you consider booking this property.
