A great little gem

Cute 1 bedroom that is close the action but far away so you don’t have to hear it. Check-in and check-out were super easy. I would happily stay here again.

Wonderful stay in this quiet and cozy 2nd-floor apartment. Convenient west end location a quick walk to Commercial St. Comfortable bed, lovely deck, working kitchen space, excellent shower. Easy access to all the best of P-Town by bike, car or walk. We will most certainly book again.

Perfection!!!

I can't say it enough...From the booking, to check in, during the stay, and check out, a joy to stay here. I showed the condo to several friends, and they agreed. This is the best! Location wonderful...just down Central from the Boat Slip for Tea, and within walking distance to all our restaurants while we celebrated a big birthday. Thanks so much Del Mar!!!

Highly recommended

This newly remodeled property was amazing—both comfortable and modern—and the owners were nice and quick to help. The location is perfect—the restaurants, stores, and clubs are only one block away on Commercial. You can trust the photos—this place is just as nice as it is described and pictured on the app, and it has a parking space and a W/D, which we really needed. I can see why it is booked so often!

Location, Location, Location

If you like to stay in the West End this nicely renovated 1 bedroom top floor unit is conveniently located right down the block from The Boat Slip, Mussell Beach, Joe’s Coffee. The unit is very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It feels very private with an outdoor shower downstairs and a grill. It met and surpassed our expectations.

Ptown perfection

Easily the cleanest vacation rental we have experienced. Beautifully decorated and welcoming. Great location. Walking distance to everywhere you wanna go. We had good food, met interesting characters and had great fun knocking around town and coming back to a nice quiet place to spend the night. Thank you so much…. CHEERS!

Best location

We have stayed here twice and a third time coming up in the fall. We have stayed on the second floor and first floor and both apts are fantastic. The location is our favorite especially the short walk to Liz’s every morning and the Tdance and spiritus pizza is just at the end of the street. Never had any issues and always so clean. Thank you!

Fantastic Rental

Everything was as described except there was an issue with the bedroom air conditioner making noise which made it hard to sleep peacefully. Although Del Mar was prompt in replying to our issue, there were some miscommunications. A part for the a/c was ordered but never arrived for the 7 nights we stayed there. Other than that, the location is second to none. The space was beautiful and our interactions with Del Mar were handled by friendly professional team members.

It was a nice little house. The only negative part of the whole process was the fact you could not check in early. We had to walk away the town for hours till you were able to check in the house .

Great rental within feet of Commercial Street

Wonderful top floor rental just feet away from all the action on Commercial Street. Recently renovated and perfect for a couple, this rental is just what you need. We stayed for 7 nights and we loved it. It has a great floor plan, with a nice living room, great kitchen, wonderful bathroom and king size bed. It is ready for whatever you need during the week: dishes, all appliances, washer and dryer….you name it. It’s a quiet street even though you’re just a couple minutes walk to Commercial Street. We will definitely be back.

This is a winner.

This is a super comfortable, super clean, and very conveniently located place. It is managed very well. They text all you need and check in after your arrival by text. I have no doubt if we needed anything, that they would have been there quickly. The bed is also very comfortable--not crazy hard like so many. We would definitely stay there again. They were also able to accommodate a request for a fragrance-free space. We did bring our own sheets but the towels they left in place for us were not heavily scented. I am a super allergic guest so it's saying a lot to say it's fairly fragrance-free.

Cute condo stay

Charming condo with lots of comfort for two. Kitchen/living area was well equipped and had great furnishings and high end finishes. The bedroom and bathroom were also very comfortable with an elevated feel. Easy walking to local shops, restaurants and nearby grocery store.

Incredible stay. The unit was accurately described, and the location was amazing. Very comfortable and we'll certainly be back! One very small suggestion...... Please add coasters and some side tables for drinks.

Very nice place!

Very well located, and everything still felt quite new which was really nice. The kitchen was well appointed (maybe add a a tea kettle?), and the cooking system was excellent ( it was scorching hot after the storm blew through). We loved the private deck and all in all the place more than met all of our needs. Only things I’d mention are that the ad said there would be an outdoor shower by this summer, but there’re wasn’t, and the backyard still felt a bit like construction site complete with some broken glass to navigate around, but I’m sure all that will be remedied by next season.

Great spot in Ptown

What a great little spot! Perfect for my solo work getaway with easy access to interesting walks and high quality takeout in walking distance. They thought of everything you'd need in the apartment. Loved having the mini splits that made it so I didn't worry about shared air handling during covid. The wifi was great. It felt like a little hotel suite.
