*Please read the whole description*
Sleeps up to 8 people. It is 100 metres to Beach 3 and less than a 2 minute walk. We have an outdoor space partially shared with 2 of our other cottages. We have A/C, cable TV/Streaming, WIFI, a separate fire pit, picnic table and separate BBQ.
It's on a small and quiet street.
It's good for couples, families, big groups, and low impact pets (quiet, clean and non-destructive).
At our other property on the river nearby, we offer kayak and canoe rentals.

*Please note- By having our prices some of the lowest at the beach, we ask you to bring:
1. Your favourite bedding for 3 double and 2 single beds
2. Towels and beach towels

There is a $35 pet fee per pet (1 pet only please). If you haven't already paid it online, please present it at check in time.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the water, making it incredibly convenient for beach outings. The cottage itself was cozy and well-maintained, providing all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.

successful short family getaway! we wanted the camping feeling without tenting and this spot was perfect. super close to the beach & good outdoor hanging-out space. close to grocery & tim’s is a nice walking distance.

Great location!

This simple cabin has all the essentials you need for a fun beach weekend! Very close to the water. BBQ worked great. 5 min drive to beach 1 and LCBO. Would recommend !

Enjoyed my stay here cottage was perfect , very quit location , other cottagers were so nice and friendly very family oriented which i loved especially when you have young kids highly recommended, cottege was very clean and had everything you needed thamk you .

Well kept

We enjoyed our stay, the camp was a little smaller than what we expected but it’s very clean and well kept. We had everything we needed. Further from the main beach than we thought but it was my fault for not reading the description properly. Overall a great experience and good price definitely recommend

Need AC on main area just in one bedroom is not good enough for a whole cottage.and when your not in that bedroom on a pullout sofa that was in style on the 80's now it's just a lumpy sleeping area I would not give to my mother-in-law. And that's bad. It's only getting 3 stars because location is nice .it really needs new furniture and a extra AC .

À besoins d'amour !

Vraiment decevant comme propriété... le propriétaire a dit que nous etions (picky) car notre air climatisé etait une petite de fenetre dans 1 seule des chambre et nous avons dû acheter 2 fans . Manque d'entretien majeure !

Great weekend

Great weekend away. Met some interesting people in the neighbouring cabin. Super close to the beach. Location was great and property manager was great to deal with as well!

this cottage needs a lot of cleaning

The floor in this cottage was so dirty that if you walked barefoot , your feet would become black instantly. We dirtied our sheets. There is no air conditioning. The choice of renters of the cottage nearby should be considered too. We were two sisters, 79 and 71 year old. Our neighbours were a group of 5 young woman in one of the cottage and a group of 12 young men in the other. We were bombarded by loud music from early in the afternoon till late in the night. There were fights, loud yelling. They were drunk all the time. Maybe a visit once in a while to inspect the place would help to assure the tranquillity of the place. Not everybody is there to party and hook up. On a positive note, it is very close to the beach. Walking distance and it is a quiet area of the beach.

This Large sized cottage sleeps up 8 people and is 100 metres to Beach 3 (dog beach is within) and less than a 2 minute walk. You can even see the beach easily from the front yard. Cook from the BBQ and have a family fire right at your own place.
