Havasu Family Getaway

Great, spacious property that has everything. Room for the kids, 2 'master' suites and 3 bathrooms. Lots of towels for the pool and amenities that kept us entertained. Quiet, welcoming neighborhood. The only drawback (but not a criticism) is that the property is good 15 minute commute to downtown/London Bridge/beaches.

Even though we are located only 5.4 miles from the heart of Havasu and it typically only takes minutes to get there, perhaps it being spring break may have something to do with the longer commute. In any case, you just can't beat the view of the lake getting there! We hope to have another opportunity to host you in the future!"

Lake Havasu visit

The home was great. Access to anything we wanted to see or eat was really close. Patricia and Mike couldn’t have been nicer. We enjoyed the pool with our grandkids and kids until the weather dropped. Otherwise, we recommend this home for a stay with two or 7 which we had both part of the time. Tom and LaDonna

Nice home and comfortable stay with a few exceptions.

The home was clean and as advertised. The jacuzzi worked well and the host had plenty of towels for indoor and outdoor use. However, the guest bathroom shower didn’t function without unnecessary manipulation to make the shower work. Also, receiving the property manual the day of the check-in with restrictions, rules of where to eat and what not to do should have been disclosed before the cancellation period expired. So, if I didn’t want to comply to your precepts I could have canceled.

We are pleased that you found the home clean, as advertised, and that the hot tub was acceptable for your stay. - We wish you had reached out during your stay regarding the shower so that we could have sent a plumber over right away to check it out. A plumber serviced the property after your stay and we're happy to report that they did not find any issues with the showers. - As is standard for vacation rentals, guests are asked to abide by a few house rules. It is common practice for short-term rental hosts to provide a house manual for guests containing additional information, such as a few guest courtesies, how to use certain amenities, check-out requirements, recommendations, etc. - Unfortunately, the maximum occupancy limit, which is non-negotiable, was exceeded, and the hot tub heater was left on overnight during both nights of your stay. While we want our guests to enjoy their stay here, we also expect them to respect our house rules and treat the property as their own. - Thanks for your feedback as we continue to improve for future guests!

Wonderful Getaway

We had been to LHC many times, but hadn’t been in 20 years. We reconnected with old friends who we used to travel there with and did a week stay. We had a blast and the house was great. Great having big bedrooms on opposite sides of the house with en suites. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. We knew the pool wasn’t heated but wished it was. The hot tub didn’t heat up in the 2 hour time frame for the pump to run, so we never were able to use it. We needed a guide for the tv’s to tell what streaming options were available and which were not. Also could never find local stations. We would stay again in warmer weather so we could use the pool!

Perfect Getawa

My wife and I came out here for our anniversary and her birthday and could not have been happier with our stay. The jacuzzi was not working properly our first night but a pool guy was sent out immediately and the problem was fixed. We used the jacuzzi several times after that. We really appreciated the responsiveness. Also the property was stocked with everything we needed for a full thanksgiving dinner for 7. Would definitely stay here again.

By far the best choice in Lake Havasu!!!

This home is incredible and included everything possible for an exceptional stay! Communication with the owners was paramount! The neighborhood was exceptionally quiet at all hours of the day and night and is located very close to amenities. If you are visiting Lake Havasu THIS is MOST definitely the place to stay!!!

Enjoyed our stay

Beautiful home. Back yard/patio/pool is very nice. Enjoyed the hot tub! We spent a few days hiking and this home was perfect to come back to and relax.

Perfect place to stay

We loved our stay at this house! We were there for a baseball tournament and this was a great place to rest and unwind. Loved having the 2 sets of bunk beds! All the switches were labeled! Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the BBQ was great! Super clean and spacious! Check in was easy and the host was easy to contact although we had no reason to need her because everything was perfect! Would highly recommend!!

Great Oasis Escape!

We had a wonderful stay while relaxing by the pool and warm jacuzzi, while our 4 boys seem to swim from sun up to sun down! This was our 1st trip to Lake Havasu area which we enjoyed the desert lifestlye including amenities of the private backyard such as bbq, fire pit, swimming, to the indoor home feel of playing games, and late night movies. We found the location to have easy access to venturing out on a hike, going into town, spending time on the lake or in the desert! We really enjoyed the homes comfortable layout with 2 master bedrooms, and a room with 2 sets of bunkbeds, all while sitting on a quiet street above the city, with a simple 2 mile drive, run, walk to the local grocery store if needs be... The home was very clean and we recognized the furniture to be up to date. We would love to stay here again when we come to visit Havasu! Thank you
