We just can't come up with one thing we love about our Beach home. Steps to the Ocean! Spectacular Ocean views, the best sunset view on the Cape. Excellent for entertaining!! Lots of room to spread out! Some of our favorite restaurants are a short walk away, Chapin's is just about a 1/2 mile away and Gina's by the Sea as well! We are a 5 minute drive from the best little grocery store on 6A - Dennis Public Market -- great shops and ice cream parlors, too. We hope you enjoy our slice of heaven on the beach as much as we do!

Let Us Tell You About This Home:
This is not your typical Cape Cod cottage on the beach. As you enter the foyer of this luxury home on the beach, you immediately notice the bright and open layout of the home. You are now on the middle or main level of the house. Stairs to the upper level are to the right. There is an amazing rope chandelier as you look up the stairs. Beautiful hard wood floors continue throughout the home with coastal accent rugs in every room.

Take in the open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen. The living room boasts a huge wrap-around couch that seats 10 and ends with a chaise lounge. The large screen TV and gas fireplace are centered right in front of you with the views of the ocean in the background. Gather the family for a Red Sox game or movie night!

The door to the pantry is uniquely designed with frosted glass, inside are shelves for dry goods, extra-large pots and platters, and cleaning supplies in case you need to sweep up a spill.

The kitchen is modern and sleek with white quartz countertops, all stainless steel appliances, white cabinets with soft close features and some with glass faces with soft accent lighting. The white subway tile backsplash makes this kitchen inviting to all. There's more than enough room for food for the clan in the large stainless steel fridge. The traditional ceramic farmers' sink is punctuated with three beautiful light blue glass lights overhead. The 6-burner stove has double ovens and a distressed wood hood, microwave in the center island, and dishwasher hidden behind a cabinet front round out this magnificent kitchen. The kitchen is anchored by a long white island with quartz countertops and additional seating for 6 - this is where you'll find the wine fridge and more storage. The kitchen comes fully equipped with beautiful white china service for 18 or colorful melamine (high-end plastic) dishware for the kids or more casual dining.

The dining area has a simple farmers table that has enough seating for 8 - coupled with the stools around the kitchen island - there is more than enough for the gang! Off the dining room are double sliders to the deck with a full view of the ocean - you can smell the salty freshness the minute you open the sliders. A modern coastal table with six chairs provide ample places to see and listen to the sea roar. Decks are surrounded by plexi glass so you can have an unencumbered view of the ocean waves. It doesn't get better than this!

On this main level, you will find the first master bedroom. Bedroom #1 - King-size bed, TV, dresser, closets. Ensuite bathroom - double sinks, large walk-in shower, glass-enclosed, pebble accents. This bedroom has sliders that open to a private deck. Wake up as the sun rises and sit outside as you take in your first view of the ocean - you'll want to start every day like this!

Down the hallway, on the right side of the house is Bathroom #2 - a separate toilet room with a door, tub/shower combo and one sink vanity.

Bedroom #2 - Bunk bed with twin on top and full-on bottom. Double closet and a mirror to check your reflection as you start the day.

Follow the unique staircase to the upper level where you'll find the laundry room with new washer/dryer, sink and folding area. Cabinets to store laundry supplies.

To the left is a door that creates a private suite. Bedroom #3 - King Bed, extra-large flat screen TV, desk for remote working and zoom calls, bureau, dresser, bench at end of bed, long window seat in front of large window to gaze at the comings and goings on the street below - sliders to a private deck with the best ocean view of the home. The deck will have two wicker rockers and end table for cocktail hour. The ensuite bathroom is the largest in the home - a separate toilet room with a pocket door, double vanities each with a sink and mirror separated by a large, claw-foot soaking tub. Extra-large walk in shower with glass enclosure.

To the right is Bedroom #4 - Red, white and blue decor is fun in this room that sleeps 6! Two bunk beds with full over full beds and and a Queen Bed. Large flat-screen TV. EnSuite Bathroom #4 - double sink, toilet area with door, shower/tub combo.

As you ascend to the lower level, you enter the ultimate entertainment area. A wet bar with sink and small fridge for snacks and wine. Couch (seats 3), love seat (2) and overstuffed chair (1). Dining table seats 6. Large screen TV.

Down the hallway is a Bathroom #5 - full bath, toilet, tub/shower combo.
Bedroom #5 - Queen Bed, TV, Anchor Lamps, Bureau, Closet, Slider to outside area.
Bedroom #6 - Queen bed bureau, two closets.

Access to two car garage - Ping Pong, water toys, beach caddy, beach chairs

Access to the backyard - the manicured lawn is perfect for lawn games, enclosed outdoor shower, gas grill, and outside table for al fresco dining. The fire pit is the perfect spot for s'mores for the gang or a late night hang out with blankets under the stars. There is access to the driveway in the front of the house as well.

BONUS: Linens and towels will be provided for every bed for the full occupancy of the home.
