Overall, the place was nice, spacious, and convenient to the parks. However, there were a few things that were a bit disappointing. The theatre room did not work. We messaged the company about it but did not hear back. One of the shades in the 2nd floor bedroom was broken, but left behind the curtain so we didn't notice it right away. Two of the pool cues were broken. Several second floor bedrooms would not cool down and we weren't allowed to lower the thermostat to less than 72 to try to fix. Overall it was a good trip, with some minor inconveniences.

Dear Jack, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your recent stay. We're truly glad to hear that you found our home roomy and well situated for visiting the parks, since easy access to all the attractions is something we hope every guest gets to enjoy. At the same time, we're genuinely sorry that a handful of things didn't live up to expectations. It's disappointing to learn that the cinema room wasn't operating and that your message somehow slipped through without a reply. We also regret the broken blind hidden behind the curtain, the two damaged billiard cues, and the difficulty keeping a few of the upstairs rooms as cool as you would have liked. We sincerely appreciate you sharing these details with us, as honest feedback like yours is incredibly valuable. We're happy the trip was a good one in the end, and we'd be delighted to welcome you back to our home whenever your travels bring you to Orlando again. Sincerely, Hector & Ale
