We were very pleased with our stay. It is an older house, but we had plenty of space for our big family. Nice outdoor shower. Our only cons would be no outside hose and not all rooms had tvs.

Sea and Sound

The house was close to perfect!!! Accommodated my entire family easily. The only disappointment was that there was not really a functional yard for the kids to go out to play. No grassy areas and lots of spiny cactus around…had a couple little incidents pulling spikes out of feet! LOVED the screened in deck porch…spent many nights enjoying the beautiful breeze. I would recommend an iron be provided for future renters. Other than that house was very well appointed and spotless! Enjoyed our stay.

Nags head getaway

Previous review said the AC doesn’t work but it works great. The house is lovely ..location to the beach is close zero problems parking …. community pool is nice but there’s a fee and it is not listed anywhere. Communication with property manager is consistent, but not always prompt. House is lovely and has plenty of room beautiful views just like listing says quiet neighborhood great place for family vacation.

Location and house were great but property management was terrible

We arrived in this middle of a big rain storm, about 30 minutes after our check in time. we were told via text our house wasn’t ready but my young children needed to use the restroom, and it was POURING. I contacted Stan white reality and Kristina, at first was quick to reply. Said we could go on in, but cleaners were still there. We got there and the cleaners wouldn’t let us in at first, made us feel VERY awkward. After almost 30 min we finally went in, no toilet paper or paper products of any kind. The linens that we purchased with the linen package were in plastic bags and soaking wet. We didn’t have sheets for one of the king beds, they got us sheets that fit the next day. I was told by Kristina I would be refunded the linen package due to the awful check in plus soaking wet linens and no toilet paper etc. she stopped responding to me last week, days after we got home. I’ll never rent through Stan White again. OBX is our favorite place, and I’ve never had such a weird experience with renting.

Hot Summer Week

The property was nice. The air conditioning was a bit inconsistent, with the top floor being the most comfortable and the bottom a bit stuffy. The space was great. The staff was on the ball with making the stay great. We had two issues that were taken care of immediately: an internet issue and a smoke alarm issue.
