Introducing this one of a kind mountain home, the perfect location for your

dream retreat to Mammoth Lakes, sitting right on the creek! Over 2,700 square

feet this large floorplan features 2 bedrooms + loft and 3 full bathrooms.

Endless private amenities such as a loft with fooseball table, 1-car garage,

laundry room with private washer and dryer, private deck with gas BBQ grill.

Relax and enjoy entertaining on the main level living room with cozy wood-

burning fireplace and large comfortable sectional, Smart TV with Apple TV and

streaming apps (no cable), and open concept kitchen with large island perfect

for serving up those vacation cocktails. Cook like a gourmet chef in the

completely stocked kitchen and enjoy family dining. The master bedroom on the

main level features a King bed, Smart TV, large private bathroom with soaking

tub and walk in shower, and access to the main deck. The second bedroom

features a Queen bed, flatscreen TV and private bathroom as well. The loft

upstairs is perfect for the kids with a comfy couch to hang out on that also

turns into a Queen sleeper sofabed, Smart TV, foosball table, bunk bed with a

Twin on the top and Double on the bottom, and a Twin trundle bed underneath.

This home has a 1-car garage and driveway that can accommodate 1 vehicles,

with additional guest parking across the street. The Lodges at Snowcreek is

one of the most sought after communities in Mammoth and without a doubt the

best place for your dream mountain retreat. All guests receive complimentary

full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor

heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle

studio and more. This home sleeps a maximum of 8 people, is non-smoking, pets

to be approved (please contact our office) and has wireless internet

throughout. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to

call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time.

The pet fee is already included in your reservation total if you are bringing

1 pet only. Additional pets must be approved on a case by case basis. If a

Perfect for multiple families

We appreciated the size of this condo and the amenities provided. The layout of this condo is perfect for multiple families. The main floor is spacious, with the two main rooms on opposite sides. Each room, plus the loft, had their own bathroom, which is a huge plus with teenagers. There is even a powder room.My kids were so excited about the loft area and the pool table/foozball table.The kitchen was well stocked, with cooking necessities and plenty of plates and cups. The condo has a laundry room with a newer washer/dryer. For parents, this is a welcome sight.The Snowcreek area is quiet, with little traffic in the neighborhood. We enjoyed walking our dog and enjoying the scenery. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

Such a lovely home. Have stayed multiple times now. The housing agent came by at 12:30am though to check on parking which was absolutely unnecessary.

Manmoth trip for two families

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful home. We have been going to Mammoth for over 11 years together. We are 4 adults and 4 children. Our children are now teenagers and would rather not share beds so this was a perfect arrangement with the loft bed situation where they each got their own bed to sleep in. We also recently got two dogs which is the mainreason why we picked this house. It was nice to bring the puppies along with us for a winter vacation. The house was well equipped in the kitchen and the furniture was nice. Plenty of home for everyone. You can tell the owners take great pride in the vacation home. We would definitely like to come back again!

Absolutely Perfect!

Often when you rent a vacation rental, the reality can be much different than the expectation (the photos on the listing). In this case, reality exceeded expectations. The condo was clean, not worn out, and more spacious than anticipated. We will definitely rent this unit again. Fantastic stay here that the whole family loved!

Lovely Thanksgiving holiday

We had a wonderful time at the house. The only problem we had was in the kitchen. There were not enough kitchen tools, and the Teflon pans were really scuffed up. The oven is very temperamental —would just turn itself off while we were cooking in it. I think it made more difference to us because we were cooking thanksgiving dinner there. Besides that, it was a great space and very comfortable.

This was almost perfect for all

Overall stay was awesome. Almost everything that we expected was there and more. This was a great location. 30sec to huge golf course, 5 min to stores and restaurants, but very nice and safe in a good neighborhood. Home clean and in good shape. Lot of indoor games for all ages. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Bedroom had nice bedding. Maintaining the Bikes can help. Almost all of the 6 or 7 bikes need maintenance and is not in riding condition. They are taking up precious garage space in an already very tight Garage.

Spacious and luxurious townhome with everything you need.

We've stayed in the home twice now and just love its location, its spacious layout, and tasteful decor. We noticed on this last visit the place was particularly clean -- none of the usual dust build up on blinds and lampshades which we really appreciated. The master bed is a tad hard for my back so I brought a twin size mattress topper for my side of the bed and it worked out great. The bedrooms are really lovely and roomy. My husband used one of the mountain bikes available which was great for tooling around the local trails, although we recommend bringing a tire tube patch kit because one of the bikes has a flat. And FYI...the bike seats are a bit hard so if you are planning longer rides, rent a bike or bring your own. There's everything you could possibly need for preparing meals and all the appliances work well now that they've replaced the microwave. There's plenty of beach towels for trips to the community hot tub, which is fully gated and beautifully landscaped with fir trees, wildflower beds, and beautiful mountain views. It's clear the owners made a big effort to make it feel like a primary residence and not some dumpy rental that has cast off furniture from another house. It's comfortable, aesthetically pleasing, well appointed with tech (streaming channels & great wifi) plus great views from the deck, including a charming little pond directly below. And bonus -- we got to bring our fur babies with us. That made it perfect.

Wonderful family vacation at a great condo in Mammoth.

My husband and I took our three grown kids and golden retriever to this vacation condo and we were extremely pleased with how spacious and well appointed it was. The location is excellent and the surroundings are breathtaking. Can't wait to do this again next year!
