Our stunning home, which is situated in the prestigious Champions Gate private community development, includes premium amenities and more to help your family have fun, relax, and enjoy the comforts of home while vacationing in Orlando! This home accommodates up to 13 guests. Enjoy your own private pool and spa jacuzzi to unwind after a long day of exploring Orlando and its many offerings. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking essentials needed to prepare full meals

Fabulous vacation home!

Our family had a perfect getaway and gathering at this resort. The house was exceptional - lots of amenities for people of every age. Very clean and well-maintained and would highly recommend it.

Wonderful experience

This was a beautiful home! It was very clean and well maintained! We had an excellent experience and the host was wonderful and responded quickly! I would definitely choose this home everytime we visit!

Beautiful home!

The house was gorgeous and very clean. The kids really enjoyed the game room along with the pool. The beds were very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My only tip would be consider putting a mini split AC unit in the garage as it gets extremely hot in there even with the fan on. We will definitely stay here again.

This home is exactly as pictured. It is clean, spacious and everything is provided. The community pool is awesome and the community workers pleasant. Blue sky management is easy to work with and promptly respond to messages.

Great House

This house very perfect. Very nice, clean, and enough room for our family. Followed all of the instructions that the management company sent regarding the check in process so it was really easy to get into the gate once we arrived. There were plenty of towels for the pool as well. Overall this house was a 10-10, I highly recommend.

Beautiful condo

This property was exactly how it was listed. Everything was clean neat and tidy. Enough room for all. The balcony for me was the highlight. Didn't have to leave to watch all the boardwalk shows. My only complaint is that I had to leave. *sigh*

Reviewer Comments: Comfortable place to stayWashing machine was broken and property management company was condescending about it (I don't know why you would need washing machine on your first night - clearly she doesn't have kids). Had to wash all of our clothes in the sink each night of our stay. Kitchen could have been more thoughtfully stocked - salt/pepper. Place was comfortable and we had fun other than those issues.

Nice house

The house was beautiful and very clean. We had an issue with the heat for the pool and hot tub not working for 4 out of 7 days that we were there. They did send someone out everyday but had issues trying to get it fixed. In the end they did refund our money for the heat. It is a great neighborhood but the traffic is horrendous in the area. If you are planning on staying at the house great. If you plan to hit the parks plan on 1-1.5 hrs in bumper to bumper traffic both directions. It makes no difference if it is morning, afternoon or night. One weeknight night we purposefully stayed at Universal until 7:30 at night before leaving to avoid traffic. It took us 2 hrs it drive 23 miles from the park to the house. This not the fault of the house owners but if you plan to spend time at the parks you would be way better off staying at a park

Nice house - frustrating access

Beautiful house and pool. Both were as pictured. All of the games in the game room were in poor condition (not working or worn out). House is ideal for large groups/families coming together! Champions Gate closed their “owners/returning guest” entries at 9:00 pm each night, so if returning after that, plan on an additional 45 minutes to get thru the gate (even if you have a bar code to scan). CG also had an entry point ONLY for owners even though you can access all of the houses from any gate. This restricts guests to use 2 gates…making the after 9:00 pm backups even longer. You WILL get honked at and yelled at by people behind you trying to use the 2nd access…then they drive past you and realize it is closed and try to cut back in front of you to use the only gate available. Disappointing that the house didn’t come with a grill, but that was also known ahead of time. All in all very satisfied with the house, but not sure I would come back to Champions Gate because of frustrations with gate/access issues. If you don’t plan on returning after 9:00 pm, it wouldn’t be an issue.

Very nice, spacious, and comfy! Will stay again!

This was our honeymoon getaway. We arrived on a Sunday. It’s very spacious and have very comfy beds. The pool and jacuzzi area was spacious and semi private. A very nice game room too! We loved it and plan to stay again. On our way we were called to let us know that the on main level the air conditioner wasn’t working but the upstairs where the bedrooms were mostly was air conditioned fine. We were told it would be fixed the next day and we could stay there or they would find us another place. We decided since it took us so long to choose a place we liked we would stay there and thought it would be fixed the next day. The upstairs even had another living room area so we were pleasantly surprised. Then we were called the next day saying they couldn’t get the air conditioning done until Thursday. They offered another place for us to stay or compensation. We decided to stay because the house is so nice and the bedrooms upstairs were comfy and air conditioned and didn’t want to pack up and move. They offered a nice compensation and a fan for downstairs while we cooked. The ceiling fans helped. Then to our surprise we came back from an outing and the owners sent a care package to us with an apology for our inconvenience and thanked us for staying. That was so nice and thoughtful. It made our day! Lots of bathrooms and bedrooms, very clean and spacious! We loved it!

Nice place near everything and geared to larger families.

Overall positive, I would complain that the pool table is a toy meant for children... very small and incredibly cheap(should be described that way or not listed at all). If you are into billiards this isn't going to cut it. Oddly has a frother but no coffee grinder.
