Come get away in our spacious, updated condo! Make yourself at home in this 2 bedroom upstairs condo that sleeps 6. There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a king bed, an en suite bathroom, a 50" smart TV, and blackout curtains. The 2nd bedroom has a King bed, a smart TV, and plenty of extra amenities to make it a great stay. A full-sized sofa bed is available with linens for use as well. Bring along your favorite pet to hike the trails with too!

This condo is the perfect place for you to begin your Asheville adventure! It is conveniently located 10 minutes to Downtown Asheville and The Biltmore House. Getting around town with Uber or Lyft is very reasonable, starting around $8.

Be sure to stop by some of the local favorites for a meal or a pint. Asheville is has many great eateries and breweries to choose from, many within a short drive of the condo. Just down the street is an entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway, opening up travelers to many quiet mountain adventures.

Guests access the home using an electronic keypad with the code sent to you beforehand. There's no need to worry about keys!

Guests have access to the whole home, including 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, and a fully stocked kitchen.

There are two designated parking spots for guest use.

The Neighborhood is in a quiet, residential area only a few minutes away from the Blue Ridge Parkway, I-40, and I-240. There is an Ingles grocery store less than 1 mile away as well as multiple restaurants like Piazza, Nachos & Beer, Great Wall, and Subway.
