Want to unwind on a quiet hillside in the mountains? This is the vacation home for you. Our condo offers all the amenities and luxuries you’d expect, while being ideally located close to the best of Asheville! Come enjoy our mountain views, hike to a secluded waterfall, sit down to a gourmet meal, or grab a local brew in one of our award-winning breweries.

Make yourself at home here with convenient features including 50" TVs in the living room and bedrooms, a fully-furnished kitchen, charger stations, blackout curtains, sound machines, smart locks, Amazon Echo, books and games for your whole group! Our home offers all the safety and comfort you would expect from your own home.

Come and relax in this 2 bedroom first floor condo that sleeps 6. There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a king bed, an en suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a King bed, and plenty of extra amenities to make it a great stay. A full-sized sofa bed is available with linens for use as well.

While you are in town, make sure you stop by some of Emily and Jon's local favorites. Grab breakfast at Biscuit Head and lunch at Home Grown. Be sure to end the evening by rocking and taking in the view from the porch of the Grove Park Inn. No trip to Asheville is complete without a day exploring the Biltmore Estate with its gardens, restaurants, shopping, and, of course, the house tour (an 8 minutes drive).

Guests access the home using an electronic keypad with the code sent to you beforehand. There's no need to worry about keys!

Guests have access to the whole home, including 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, and a fully stocked kitchen.

There are two designated parking spots for guest use.

We are happy to communicate through the app or feel free to give us a call if you need any other assistance!

The Neighborhood is in a quiet, residential area only a few minutes away from the Blue Ridge Parkway, I-40, and I-240. There is an Ingles grocery store less than 1 mile away as well as multiple restaurants like Piazza, Nachos & Beer, Great Wall, and Subway.

Guests can use taxis, Uber, and Lyft, starting around $8.

• $75 per pet fee for any pets staying on the property. The payment is processed closer to the stay through the resolution center

From check in to check out, everything went smoothly. The condo was comfortable and convenient to everywhere we wanted to be. Be aware that this is a ground floor unit, so if there are renters in the unit above, you’ll hear footsteps. Loved the back deck… great place for morning coffee or a beverage at the end of the day. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent month-long stay

My best friend and I are Asheville locals and we needed an away from home ‘staycation’ so we stayed here for a month! The place was clean and tidy and had the basic amenities covered, though the pantry was not stocked like it mentioned in the listing, so be sure to bring food. Everything worked great, and the space was well laid out. Loved the back porch! The fireflies put on a nice show for us in June. Also, the neighbors were respectful and nice, they even helped us jump our car one morning!Can’t beat being so close to the parkway and groceries and only 10 minutes to downtown.

Fabulous Cousin Trip

We really enjoyed our stay. Two comfortable king beds and two full baths, an outside sitting area, parking right outside the door, a grocery store across the street and the location was convenient to anywhere we wanted to go. Communication with the property manager was easy and closing instructions helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable, great location, lots of amenities

Only stayed one night but the property exceeded our expectations. Clean, comfortable and a good location. Well-stocked with toiletries and coffee. Beds and sofas were both very comfortable. We could hear the other tenants in the unit walking around a few times but that didn’t bother us. We’d stay again!

Attended a celebration of the life of a young woman at a nearby ranch and this locale was just right

The interior of the home was well taken care of, clean and pleasant. All necessary accommodations were available, with a nearby grocery store.

Perfect for a girls weekend!

The home was clean and nicely styled with all the necessary amenities. It was our landing pad for nights out in Asheville and in the perfect location. The neighborhood was quiet and clean with clearly labeled parking. We all loved the location and even kept commenting on how it was just exactly what was needed for our weekend.

April in Asheville

The property was as advertised. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Approx 5 - 10 minutes to get to downtown Asheville. We enjoyed both the amenities and activities downtown, and the beautiful mountains and waterfalls a short drive away. Easy check-in. Property owner/manager was communicative and responsive. No complaints.

Great visit!

The property inside was super clean and updated. Much more space than we even needed. It would be a perfect place for two couples since the bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are spacious. I’d caution people with walkers or canes or balance issues, though, that the flooring is bit bowed in some areas making it high in some places and low in others. A little disorienting but ok unless you have someone with those issues. I do wish the porch had been swept and outside chairs had been prepared for guests. We had to wipe them down to sit on the patio. But Communication was great, accessing the condo on time was easy and I’d def stay there again. Not much right around where the condo is (an Ingles grocery store, gas station and Dunkin), but some breweries and restaurants are about 10 mins away and downtown is pretty close also. Don’t hesitate to book this one! Unless, as I said, you have balance or walking trouble already.

Clean and comfortable

We stayed for a couple of nights while visiting family in the area. The condo is mostly as described, I just wasn’t aware of the limitations of 2 parking spots until after we booked the reservation. We had to park below the neighborhood when another family member joined us for a meal. Initially we had difficulty getting into the place du to having a code that didn’t work and then the provided internet information was also incorrect. Jon responded pretty quickly to help with those issues. The bathrooms had plenty of towels but only 1 kitchen towel. The floors are pretty sloped, not level. The dishwasher wasn’t staying on when we tried to run it at checkout. The light above the kitchen sink doesn’t work. Overall it was clean and comfortable and suited our needs.

Spacious condo

Great layout and spacious. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you'd need. There's a cute coffee bar in the kitchen that was much appreciated! Plenty of space to gather comfortably with our family. On the cons side: The batteries in the LR remote were dead, so we had to take the batteries from the remote in the bedroom. The TV remote in the master BR's power button was broken. If you pushed the "Netflix" button the TV would power on, but you had to unplug the TV to turn it off. The master bathroom's door doesn't close easily, so when you pull it shut it does slam pretty loudly. This is also a downstairs condo, and the upstairs tenant walked around loudly until after midnight each night. On the deal-breaker side: There's an ant problem. The floor leading out to the porch is damaged, so large ants were crawling on the curtains, on the floor, and on us. We bought a can of Raid and it solved the issue, but when I mentioned it to the host, I was told "well it's summer." Fine, but the raid worked, so that was something they could've done. I laid down on the couch and there was the smell of cat urine coming from between two cushions. The other guests were able to identify the smell. It's pretty distinctive. When I told the host, I was told no cats had ever been there. No one asked me what pet I was bringing (a dog) so I'd imagine it wouldn't be hard to bring a cat. We put a blanket down and it was fine, but not something I'd expect to have to do in a rental.

Fall getaway in Asheville

Unit is spacious, kitchen well stocked, beds comfortable, quiet neighborhood. Convenient location to see Asheville. Especially enjoyed hiking around the Blue Ridge Parkway and the Folk Art Center. Recommend nearby Piazza restaurant for pizza and Italian food.
