Communication with host was quite easy. Generally the house was clean but under the furniture was dirty to the point of dead bugs. And with having a toddler with us it wasn’t a good thing. Unfortunately we wouldn’t be looking at rebooking this house again and will be looking elsewhere. Regards

Perfect house

It was great to wake up listening to the birds while looking at the trees. Bed was very comfy and it had everything we needed. Would go back again.

Great Fraser Getaway!

We loved our stay at Brownie’s Beach House. Two families with 6 teenage children, it was very comfortable & had everything we needed. We enjoyed the outdoor deck & BBQ area. Very convenient location, close to all our favorite Fraser Island spots.

Wonderful

Great place to visit. Plenty hot water. Power points to charge small portable appliances such as mobile phones is limited which is to be expected given that the property is off grid.

Not the best. 1st night bathroom flooded with backed up plumbing and sewer smell everyday. No communication from owner or keys provided to lock up property. Unable to use washing machine before 11am so very difficult to get washing done. Kitchen needs a reno with new kitchenware and outdoor table and lounge disgusting. No smoke alarms fitted and found them in the draw. Great location though. Wouldn't recommend or stay again.

Great stay great location. Property is huge plenty of space. Needs a few power points only two for entire property difficult for a family of 7. Bring your own towels and toilet paper!

The property is in a great location. However, cleanliness of the property needs to be better and notification that toilet paper and towels are not included in the stay and you must bring these items yourself.

Good value

Orchid beach is a great spot, house was big enough for 2 families with 2 rooms at either end. Great to have 2 toilets. Lots of room inside and out for families to sit and eat together. Easy to find key and check in.

Good Value for Money

Property had a great set up for sleeping, two toilets was a win, plenty of kitchen and cooking ware. Would definitely return.
