We proudly offer Friday-to-Friday stays giving you the rare chance to:
Skip the Saturday ferry/barge chaos
Settle in before the weekend crowds arrive
Return home with the whole weekend to unpack and recharge
With 4 bathrooms, multiple living spaces and 7 bedrooms including two with ensuites there is ample room for everyone. Sleeping up to 20 people
Essentially two houses in one, with upstairs and downstairs mimicking one another. Amazing ocean views north to the Sandy Cape and south to Waddy Point on two open space verandas viewing the amazing beaches and surrounding sceneries. Comfortable open plan living with ceiling fans and ocean breezes is just one of the many highlights Phippsy's has to offer.

Plenty of fridge and freezer space – separate freezers for food and bait. Appliances such as dishwashers, electric kettles, microwaves and toasters. Large washing machines 14kg and 12kg with 2 x fixed clothes lines as well as plenty of clothes airers for drying.
Ceiling Fans in all rooms
Bedding linen is provided though you must provide your own bath towels and beach towels. All beds will be made upon checkin.
We advise to also pack the following items: toilet paper, glad wrap, alfoil, freezer bags, dishwashing liquid and tablets, hand soap and washing powder.
All cutlery, pots, pans, plates, glasses, coffee cups serving dishes and breadboards are provided.
Only a short drive to Orchid Beach Trading Post and Driftwood Bar
Approx 5km north to Ngkala Rocks
Approx 5.5km south to Champagne Pools
Approx 40 min drive West to Wathumba
Games such as UNO, Guess Who, Cluedo and decks of cards are also available.
Min 7 nights stay - check in/out Fridays
Check in Midday, Check out 9am

Hi and welcome to PHIPPSY'S ON FRASER! Thank you for taking an interest in our home at Orchid Beach on one of the most pristine places on earth - Fraser Island (K'gari). We, along with our 5 children, hope you enjoy our home and the stunning surroundings the island has to offer.
When we're not at Fraser, we live in the beautiful Somerset region on an agriculture, poultry and beef farm.
With the recent purchase of Phippsy's on Fraser, formerly named "To Windward", we can't wait to share our holiday home adventures with you. We have been visiting Fraser Island for many years and love it each time we visit. We know your family will build memories here, just like we have!
