Great for groups that love to travel together but also have some privacy! Downtown Fruita Location! Come experience the small town, mountain bike, community of Fruita, CO. Walk to nearby local downtown favorites. With a vision to restore an early 1900's hotel with a modern twist, we've created a modern funky vibe, while keeping historic elements in every unit. Old bones but modern amenities like extremely fast WIFI and mini split heating/cooling. Private, In Unit, bike storage!

Pets welcome with an additional $20/night pet fee, up to 2 pets MAX. Instructions on how to pay the pet fee will be in your inbox and welcome letter.

WE DO NOT RENT TO LOCALS DUE TO ISSUE WITH LOCALS RENTING TO PARTY. If you are local and renting for out of town family please let us know. If you instant book and are a local, your reservation will be cancelled.

Rebecca, the host was amazing! She responded quickly and very helpful. The place was terrific, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and great location - easy to walk to all the amenities in town. I would highly recommend it.

Beautiful Historic spot in the heart of Fruita

Such a beautiful and immaculate property! Super close to the wodnderful walking area of downtown Fruita and near to the freeway for ease of travel. Loved this property!

Great find!

We came down for a baseball tournament with family and found this great place. We really enjoyed the location, it is close to food and a park. I would recommend to anyone.

Totally renovated and updated gem in downtown Fruita. Great access to the Parks and biking. Lots of storage and quiet too!

Nice Place

Restored place with just enough modern updates without taking away from the old fashioned charm. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Even the hide-a-bed was memory foam.

Clean comfortable historic and incredibly well appointed

This lovely place was impeccably clean, very creatively decorated and appointed, very comfortable and has fun history. Beds super comfy- sheets soft and mattresses high end. High end appliances and amenities. A lot of love has gone into making every detail perfect and classy. Thank you!!!

Most dog-friendly VRBO!

From dog blankets and towels to a grassy area with dog-waste disposal tools (and a dog door welcome mat!), our pups felt so welcome! Perfect location for people walking to the town’s evening concert and Saturday morning farmers’ market. Only challenge could be if the weather is bad and all 10 guests need to sit down inside for a meal—the kitchen island only accommodates 4-6. (The outdoor table fits more than 10.) We enjoyed our stay at this historic property!!

Great location, unique property

We stayed at this property for the 2024 CO2UT Desert Gravel Race. The location couldn't be better. The property itself was clean and very charming. It's a converted early century hotel with several units in it. The restoration left a lot of the old hotel features yet was updated and is modern. The deign choices were excellent. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean and well maintained. Everything was great. The indoor bike storage is a huge plus. Being so close to downtown made accessing the start/finish line, the festival, and all of the shops and restaurants in town a breeze. First rate experience

Short golfing “get-away”

We are two couples, deciding to travel to the beautiful Grand Junction area for a couple of days of golf. This property in Fruita was PERFECT for us. It was incredibly well managed, with clear and quick responses from the manager before and after our visit. Once arriving, we discovered this unique property, and had time to wander in the quaint community of Fruita. We loved it. It’s very clean, very well stocked, and very user friendly. We definitely will be back to the area, and hope that this property is available whenever we return.
