Located a 3-minute walk from Old Ausable Channel and 8-minute walk to Southcott private beach on Lake Huron, this gem is lost in the unique forest, while being only 3 kilometers away from the Grand Band central beach and the Main street. Featuring 5 bedrooms and 6 beds, our spacious house can accommodate up to 10 people. Second floor master bedroom has a king bed, and an in-suite bathroom with jacuzzi.

We had an amazing week in a beautiful area near our favourite beach. This property was lovely - a nice stroll to the beach and room for the family to spread out. Thanks so much!

Wonderful Stay!

My family and I stayed there for New Year's weekend and had a wonderful time. The property is very spacious and clean. The house is a close walk from the beach, and it was wonderful to walk around the neighborhood. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and couldn't have asked for a better experience. (They no longer have an espresso machine, instead there is a drip coffee maker.)

Better than expected

Property was better than expected by the photos Location and surroundings were perfect. We didn’t use the kitchen other than light breakfast. Housekeepers overlooked a few items but nothing serious. A 3rd bathroom at the garage side of the house would have been convenient. Checkin instructions were clear, but there was no checkout instructions. We did what we normally do at other properties. Lots of dry condiments. Kleenex in all rooms was a nice touch. Good Wifi & TV’s in all rooms Would certainly return.

An awesome property

This was a fantastic cottage and the owner was supper responsive to all my requests and questions. Highly recommend the cottage and the area. One criticism, only had a Nespresso coffee maker and we did not know. We had to go out an buy a coffee maker as you cannot buy nespresso coffee at regular stores. I have nespresso at home and love it, just didn't know so we were unprepared. Coffee is a must!!!
