This is a nice central location! Comfortable and nicely furnished. It was extremely nice to just go downs stairs and be a few feet from the beach.

This property was perfect for my family. Close to shopping, restaurants, and of course the beach. The beds slept very good. The property was very clean. The host emailed very promptly everything my family needed to know for check in and departure. Definitely a 5 star review!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, our experience at this place was very good. Extremely clean, great location on the beach, very good parking. The only (minor) gripes were not enough toilet paper for 4 days, not as big as the title of the place would indicate, and condensation on the ceiling in one of the bathrooms. I would recommend it highly to 4 golfers (or 4 couples) who just wanted a place to crash at the end of the day.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is a great size and has a beautiful oceanfront view. However, the cleanliness of the unit was disappointing. There were spider webs throughout the condo, and the floors were dusty it wasn't sand it was dust, making it seem like they had not been swept in some time. Under the sofas was very dirty, and behind the front door there were dead insects and more spider webs.Additionally, the sink in the middle bathroom was not working properly during our stay.Overall, the condo itself is a great place with a fantastic view and plenty of space. The main issue was the lack of cleanliness and maintenance. With better cleaning, this would be an excellent place to stay.

The good:The location is great. Easy access to beach and close to barefoot landing and tons of shopping and restaurants. Had plenty of parking. The building/ pool is older looking and could use some updates but it is relatively well taken care of and kept clean considering. The living room furniture seemed to be in good shape and clean. Price was reasonable. Air conditioner, washer, and dryer worked well!The bad:The condo needs a deep cleaning badly. Our socks were black walking around the floor. Walls, baseboards, under beds, any corners, some of the storage doors and most cabinets were dirty. The kitchen faucet had black stuff underneath it. The glasses and cups are all very old, dirty looking, need replaced. The oven wouldn’t heat up enough to cook anything. Had to throw our frozen foods away. Middle bathroom sink very slowly drained. Showers in small bathrooms were either hot or cold. The stainless appliances were filthy when we arrived. We couldn’t find a knife that would cut anything. I couldn’t cut my watermelon at all or even barely slice some cheese. All windows were not in good shape at all. Not sure if that’s on the building or owners. Balcony outdoor carpet very dirty and the chairs barely fit to enjoy time on it. Decor is quite outdated. NONE of the tvs worked with the Roku- only had a few channels and were not able to get to the smart tv. Speakers on living room tv were blown anywayBasically some pretty minor changes and updates could make this place great!

Wonderful stay

Everyone had a wonderful stay! Great views, plenty of parking, excellent proximity to attractions, never had to wait for an elevator or a luggage/shopping cart. However, my wife's only complaint was the limited pots & pans for cooking meals.

Family vacation 2023

We enjoyed the stay. It was a little small for all of us but we didn’t mind. It was nicely decorated and we had everything we needed for cooking at night. The beds were comfortable and the living room furniture was as well.

Great location

Great location, walkable (1-2 mi) to some restaurants and shopping. Nothing super close. Apartment has a great view of beach, spent a lot of time on the patio. My only gripes are it could have been cleaned better and the pans were not in the greatest of condition but worked.
