This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo (nearly 1,700 sq ft) blends coastal charm with modern comfort—perfect for families, couples, or golf-and-beach getaways.

Located on the 2nd floor with elevator access, this condo offers an open layout designed for relaxation and togetherness. The living room features plush seating, a smart TV, and direct access to your private balcony overlooking the golf course.
The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and cookware for every meal. Gather around the dining table for six or enjoy casual bites at the breakfast bar for two.

Master Suite: King bed, flat-screen TV, ensuite bath with soaking tub + walk-in shower
Guest Bedroom 1: King bed, coastal décor, TV
Guest Bedroom 2: Queen bed, TV, steps from 2nd full bath
All bedrooms include fresh linens, ceiling fans, and ample closet space. Bathrooms are stocked with towels and starter toiletries.

We are proud to be a software connected host with Airbnb and VRBO, which allows us to provide a seamless and reliable guest experience. In alignment with both platforms’ recommendations:
A signed renter agreement is required
A refundable $300 security deposit hold is placed before arrival
A government-issued ID upload is required to verify the primary renter
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, present for the entire stay, and responsible for all registered guests.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
No smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the balcony
