Sea Turtle Villa is a side-by-side duplex located just 50 yards from the beach. When renting Sea Turtle you have access to a bright and open, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living area, and a half bath located on the upper living level, which opens to an ocean side deck. The villa accommodates up to 6 vacationers with a master suite with a king bed and a queen bedroom that opens to the deck and shares a bath with bunks located in the hallway. Offering all the basics to get you started on your vacation, such as toilet paper and paper towels, we're certain you'll be happy upon arrival. With access to a resort pool and spa, fish cleaning stations, unlimited beach access, under-house private entry, parking, and outside hot/cold showers make this the perfect choice for a relaxing vacation. Paddle your way to Sea Turtle to enjoy your dream vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You can't beat the location of the sea turtle- super close to the beach and other area restaurants, etc. The management was super responsive and helpful. I do recommend that everything get a full deep cleaning- while everything was wiped down and clean, the bed spreads are very dirty with stains, the couches and carpets have stains and house had a very mildewy smell throughout (which the management was immediately responsive to). I would recommend this location, but it should get a full cleaning completed.

Perfect location, Great Pool, Subpar Cleanliness

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of our rental was perfect, and the overall property was great. Pool and hot tub centrally located was awesome. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of our rental, however. The carpets were so dirty that we couldn’t walk barefoot in the property or our feet turned black. Would definitely recommend updating the carpet to a tile like some of the other homes around the property have. Overall, we had a very enjoyable vacation!

We Loved Every Minute!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time at Lighthouse View, but it definitely won't be our last. The Sea Turtle location was perfect - it felt beach front, though it's technically not. Would love to check out some of the other properties on that side of the development - definitely recommend!
