We were on IOP for destination wedding at Wild Dunes. This location is great, easy to get to beach, restaurants and into town. This condo was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in. Would stay again.

Great location!

Easy walking distance to everything. Condo was outdated but clean, and had what we needed. Would definitely stay here again. The owner even allowed us to check in much earlier than expected! A great experience!

Convenient & close to many things

We were quite comfortable in our vrbo during our stay (7/22 - 7/26) To be able to walk right over to the beach every day, and have the grocery store, along with many restaurants close by was just what we needed for this vaca. The owner, Richard, was quite responsive with any questions that popped up. Would definitely book again.

Great condo!

We had a wonderful trip. The location of the Condo was awesome. Nice location with easy access to mutiple areas and great access to the beach. The only issue was that the ad for the condo should have been updated or atleast had an added addendum stating that the pool was closed. The pool was part of why we booked this condo as well as location(just a nice thing to have after a long day of golf)to find out a week before we leave tgat is was not open die to be fedone was disappointing. only oss ue was thay only

Pleasant condo

The condo is actually nicer than the pictures show. The kitchen has new white cabinets and countertops. It was clean, stocked with supplies, and has a nice balcony. It is across the street from the Sea Cabins, and has the same access to the pool, pier and the beach. Have stayed at both, and prefer Oceanside Villas. It is a short walk to the county park, stores and restaurants. Richard is very easy to work with and communication was good. The Evolve booking was very simple, and directions were clear.

Outdated and needs repairs

We came here for a baseball tournament. I will start with the good. The bed sheets were very soft and the condo was clean. The not so good - one of the old toilets barely functioned properly. The owner was made aware and indicated to us that it’s a typical problem so plunging would be needed often. The amount of fake plants was a bit much, they have collected a lot of dust. The beach access is conveniently located across the street. However it’s next to a park so be aware that it is a very busy portion of the beach. Harris Teeter and a delicious bagel shop are across the street which was very nice.

Both bathrooms are equipped with plungers located under the sink. I trust that you did find the plunger and resolved the clogged drain as I heard no more from you regarding this issue.Our decor is designed to create a cozy and welcoming space, though we understand that personal preferences can vary. We’re sorry to hear the plants didn’t suit your taste.Regarding the reservation extension, we truly wish we could have accommodated a longer stay, but another booking following yours had already been confirmed. Clean condo

Cute little condo, slightly dated but very clean! Walking distance to beach was not bad at all. The owner of the condo was very nice and helpful, responded to texts and emails very quickly.

Awesome location

Just stayed a few days but what an awesome location! Richard was super helpful! Walking right on the beach, to the grocery store, and many places to eat. Only suggestion would be a higher resolution TV for evening movies 😊

Cozy Condo!

This was a great, cozy, little condo that was perfect for our needs, and a short walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants! We love IOP and Oceanside Villas! We have been visiting for years! The owner was very communicative with all information we needed! Thanks for a great stay!
